Financial Bid The Financial Bid shall contain rate schedule only. The price shall be in words as well as in numeric numbers.

REQUIREMENT FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF THE TENDERS
1. EXPERIENCE OF EXECUTION OF SIMILAR WORKS: The Tenderer should have appropriate experience in similar fields for last three years out of last four financial years in organized sectors. The tenderer must have experience of successfully executed work as stated below:

The certificate of experience from the Engineer-in-Charge of the work not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officers only shall be considered acceptable in Govt./Semi Govt. organizations.
2. FINANCIAL CAPABILITY
The cumulative financial turn over and current solvency should be as under.

U N D E R T A K I N G
I/We have read and examined the notice inviting tenders on contractual basis for
“Cleaning of Roads, Pathways, Parking etc. and Providing services of Manpower for
Collection & Disposal of Garbage and related services” on GBU campus published in the
press as well as on the GBU web-site and the terms and conditions, as also specifications and
schedules comprising the tender documents downloaded by us from GBU website.
I/We hereby tender for providing the desired services for a period of 01 (one) year
from the date of award of our tender by the University, in accordance with all the terms and
conditions including specifications and schedule stipulated by the University in the tender
documents.
I/We agree to keep the tender open for acceptance for 180 (One Hundred Eighty
days from the last date of submission of the same.
If I/We fail to commence the specified service on the date fixed by the University,
I/We agree that the University, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to
the University, be at liberty to forfeit the said Earnest Money absolutely or otherwise the said
earnest money shall be retained by GBU towards security deposit to provide the services as
referred to in the tender documents on the terms and conditions contained or referred
therein.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Detailed information about the items and their specifications are available in tender
document, which can be downloaded from the University website www.gbu.ac.in.
2. Two bids system of tender will be adopted.
(i) The bid containing technical specifications, EMD, Tender Fee and eligibility documents.
(ii) Bid containing financial offer.
Technical and financial bids should be submitted in separate covers. These two
envelops shall be sealed in a common cover and addressed to The Registrar, Gautam
Buddha University, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar -201312 (U.P.)
superscribing “Tender against Notification Advt. GBU/S&P/19/2013, Name of
Tender: Cleaning of Roads, Pathways, Parking etc. and Providing services of
Manpower for Collection & Disposal of Garbage and related services” so as to reach
us on or before last date of bid submission.
3. The Technical Bid and Financial Bid should be duly filled-up.
4. These bids will be opened in two stages. The bid containing technical specifications, EMD,
TF and eligibility documents will be opened at first stage and if same is found according
to the requirement, the bid containing financial offer shall be opened in second stage.
5. The “Technical Bid” shall contain all documents in support of quoted
services, EMD, Tender Fee, terms & conditions and eligibility criteria.
6. The “Financial Bid” shall contain price schedule only. The rates shall not be overwritten
in the price schedule. The price shall be both in words and figures.
7. Eligibility Criteria: All the participating firms should meet the qualifying criteria.
Following documents are required to be submitted with Technical Bid, to qualify
eligibility criteria:
a) To be eligible to tender, a firm should have satisfactorily provided the job of the same nature from Government Departments, or PSU’s or Reputed State/Central educational Institutions in the past three financial years out of last four years. The firm must produce documentary proof to this effect.
b) Attested copies of Registration, PAN & TIN number issued in the name of the Firm must be accompany the application.

c) The applicant must submit documentary proof of the same that he is establishment/licensed contractor under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Audition) Act 1970.
d) The applicant must hold a valid Registration for Employees Provident Fund (EPF)/ESIC and documentary proof in support thereof.
e) The applicant must obtain, before commencement of the work, the requisite licenses, approvals, certificates from all statutory authorities including Municipal/Labour/P.F./Income Tax/Sales Tax/Commercial Tax/ESI Deptts. valid for the entire duration of the above work.
f) Audited copy of balance sheet with trading, profit & loss account for the last three financial years should be submitted.
g) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required to be submitted in the form FDR in favour of “Gautam Buddha University” alongwith the Technical Bid. Authorized signatory should sign on all pages. Bids without authorized signature will be rejected.
h) Experience and Financial capabilities as per the details mentioned in bid document.
8. Offer should be sent in a sealed envelope, submitted either in person or by post on which name and address of the supplier/firm shall be written. Tenders received through E- mails or FAX will not be considered.
9. The technical bids will be opened on scheduled date and time. Bidders/authorized representatives of the bidders intending to attend the tender opening should intimate in advance.
10. The cost of the tender is Rs.1000 /- plus VAT @ 5% (Nonrefundable) and it shall be paid separately in the form of DD/Pay Order drawn in favour of “Gautam Buddha University” payable at “Delhi or NCR” and should be attached with technical bid envelope.
11. The EMD of the successful bidder will be adjusted in “Security Deposit (10% of the contract value)”. The Security Deposit shall be deposited in the form of FDR/Bank Guarantee, pledged in favour of “Gautam Buddha University” and will be returned after six months from the date of completion of the contract. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to the firm(s) within a month of awarding the contract to the successful bidder.
12. Offered prices should be valid for at least 180 days from the last date of receipt of tenders.
13. No revision of price bid will be allowed once the price bids are opened.
14. Vendors are informed that once the firms are shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria
and technical specifications, only then the financial bids of the firms meeting eligibility criteria, technical specifications / requirements would be opened.
15. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
16. Any cutting and overwriting in the financial bid will not be accepted. If there is a
difference in rates quoted between words and figures, then the minimum of the two will be considered.
17. The general and special conditions of the tender document shall be read as part of the

final contract that would be executed between the successful and shortlisted tenderer, University reserves right to prescribe additional conditions in the contract and to also make amendments, additions, alterations in the conditions of the Tender Document, Contract.
18. GBU further reserves the right to modify change the order, quantity or split the orders among multiple vendors without assigning any reason (s) whatsoever.
19. GBU reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
20. The University reserves rights not to enter into any commercial agreement/contract with
any firm / Contract which it has found reasons to believe that the same are not providing qualitative service and being frequent violators of the terms of the contract.
21. All issues or disputes with respects to the present Tender Document, NIT, between the parties shall be resolved through Arbitration under Arbitration and conciliation Act 1996. The Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Vice Chancellor of the University.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING TENDER FOR CLEANING
ROADS/PATHWAYS, COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND RELATED
SERVICES
Term of the Contract The Contract shall remain in force initially for one year which, may be renewed for such further period on yearly basis, as may be decided by the University, depending upon the Firm’s/Contractor’s performance and appraisal report up to a maximum period of three years provided however, the University shall have the right to terminate the contract forthwith and to forfeit the Security Deposit/Bank Guarantee, if the work is found unsatisfactory at any time or for violation of any clause of the contract. Security Deposit A sum equal to 10% of the final bid value to be deposited as security deposit at the time of awarding the contract, the security deposit will only be accepted in form of Fixed Deposit Receipts/Bank Guarantee. Fixed Deposit Receipts / Bank Guarantee should be made out/ pledged in the name of the Gautam Buddha University. The amount of Earnest Money deposited along with the tender by the firm/contractor will be adjusted in the security deposit in case of successful bidder.
The University will have full right to settle any labour claims, recoveries, fines, penalties or damages arising from any default on the part of the firm/ contractor in performance of the contract out of the amounts available as Security Deposit with the University, without prejudice to other rights and remedies that may be available to the University. Scheme for providing required services
The firm/contractor, on its part, will maintain a panel of persons with suitable qualifications/experience for cleaning roads/pathways etc., garbage collection and disposal for providing sanitation and garbage collection and disposal services in the University at a short notice for meeting contractual requirement.
The firm will arrange for providing the required service by the Firm/Contractor stated in clause above, in one or more categories from the Registrar/authorized Officer, as the firm/contractor will arrange to provide sufficient numbers of persons so as to perform the required service(s). The firm/Contractor shall provide to its employees certain items which are normally required in performance of their duties, such as:

(a) Proper summer / winter uniform with company logo. (b) Masks to protect against dust while brooming, cleaning etc. (c) Soap to wash hands after sweeping (d) Equipments to collect trash (Including gum boots) (e) Proper quality gloves for workers. (f) Any other items which may be required in the performance of Sanitation work. (g) Proper vehicle to transport the garbage, waste material, dead animals etc.
The contractor shall do the following with regard to the contract awarded.
To ensure discipline and conduct of the employees working at various locations of the
University.
To do such other things in consultation with University authorities in the greater interest of
the contract employees, including benefits under their corporate social responsibility.
Identity and Character of Deputed Persons
The firm/contractor will arrange to provide at its (his/her) own cost and a photo identity
card (duly serial numbered and laminated issued by him) to every member of his work
force deputed for providing requisitioned service in the University. Such card should contain
the name, date of birth, address phone no. and category of service for which the said person
is deputed along with a recent photograph, etc.
The firm/contractor must ensure that any person deputed for providing service in the University should bear a good moral character. In case any such person is found to indulge in an unlawful or/and undesirable activity at any time inside or outside the University, the firm/contractor shall forthwith withdraw him/her from the University of its own or on intimation by the Registrar. If the Contractor/Firm fails to do so, it should be a deemed default of service, and call for punitive action.
The firm/contractor shall indemnify the university and shall be responsible to make good any damage caused by its, his/her persons to the University property or to any of the University employees or their properties. In case of a default in this respect the University will be at liberty to make good the damage at the risk and cost of the firm/contractor and recover the cost of such damages from the dues/security deposit of the firm/contractor.
Compliance with labour laws & rules
The firm/contractor shall be obliged to ensure the compliance of all labour laws and other
statutory rules and regulations framed by Govt. of India/Govt. of Uttar Pradesh from time to
time. No person deputed for work of any category in the University by the firm/contractor
shall, under any circumstances, be paid less than the minimum wage prescribed for the
category by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and the wage paid should invariably include DA as
notified from time to time by the Government.
The firm/contractor shall make arrangements to pay the wages to the workers by 7th of every month without fail.

The firm/contractor will fulfill the statutory obligations conforming to the U.P. Labour
Welfare Fund Act and will deposit the statutory dues with the Labour Welfare Board without
fail.
Following is an illustrative list of laws which the firm/contractor must abide by in full wherever applicable apart from other laws and rules made under these from time to time by the Government as may be applicable during the currency of this contract :
(i) Payment of Wages Act 1936 (ii) Minimum Wages Act 1948 (iii) Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provision Act, 1952 (iv) Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (v) Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923 (vi) Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (vii) Maternity Benefit Act 1961 (viii) Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970
(ix) Employer’s Liabilities Act, 1938
(ix) State Labour Welfare Fund. (x) Child labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986.
The firm/contractor shall take a Workmen Compensation Insurance Policy to cover all its persons deputed in the University so as to provide complete cover against all liabilities under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923 and submit the same to the Registrar.
University to be indemnified by the firm/contractor
It is a term of this contract that the University shall remain fully indemnified against all
liabilities arising due to non-compliance or delay in compliance with any statutory
obligations in respect of persons deputed in the University by the firm/contractor or for any
reason, whatsoever.
When Contract can be Determined
Subject to other provisions contained in this contract, the Registrar may, without prejudice to
his any other rights or remedy against the firm/contractor in respect of any delay, inferior or
deficient service, any non compliance of laws and/or rules in respect of the persons deputed
in the University for providing any category of service, any claims for damages and/or any
other provisions of this contract or otherwise, and whether the date of completion has or has
not elapsed, by notice, in writing, absolutely determine the contract in any of the following
cases:-
i. If the firm/contractor having been given by the Registrar a notice in writing to rectify, replace any defective service or unsatisfactory persons performing in an inefficient, neglectful or otherwise improper manner, fails to comply with the requirement of such notice for a period of seven days of its receipt thereafter.

ii. If the firm/contractor being a company, shall pass a resolution or the Court of Law shall make an order that the company shall be wound up or if a receiver or a manager on behalf of a creditor shall be appointed or if circumstances shall arise which entitle the Court or the creditor to appoint a receiver or a manager or which entitle the Court to make a winding up order.
iii. If the firm/contractor has, without reasonable cause, suspended the provision of service or has failed to proceed with the work with due diligence so that in the opinion of the University, which shall be final and binding will be unable to provide the requisitioned service and continues to do so after a notice in writing of seven days from the Registrar.
iv. If the firm/contractor fails to provide the requisitioned service within the stipulated period specified in a notice given in writing in that respect by the Registrar.
v. If the firm/contractor persistently neglects to carry out his obligations under the contract and/or commits default of the terms and conditions of the contract and does not remedy it or take effective steps to remedy it within 07 days after a notice in writing is given to him in that respect by Registrar.
vi. For such other just and cogent reason.
When the firm/contractor has made himself/herself liable for action under any of the
aforesaid clauses, University shall have powers:-
a) To determine or rescind the contract as aforesaid (of which termination or rescission notice in writing to the firm/contractor under the hand of the Registrar or the authorized Officer of the University) shall be conclusive evidence. Upon such determination or rescission the full security deposit recoverable under the contract shall be liable to be forfeited and shall be absolutely at the disposal of the University.
b) To employ persons paid by the University to carry out the requisitioned service
or any part thereof debiting to the firm/contractor with the cost of the same (of
the amount of which cost and price certified by the Registrar) shall be final and
sufficient and conclusive against the firm/contractor and crediting him/her with
the value of the work done in all respects in the same manner and at the same
rates or rates as mentioned in the terms & conditions of the contract with or
without penalty as if it had been carried out by the firm/contractor under the
terms of his/her contract. The certificate of the Registrar as to the value of the
work done shall be final and conclusive against the firm/contractor, provided
always that action under the sub-clause shall only be taken after giving notice in
writing to the firm/contractor. Provided also that if the expenses incurred by the
University are less than the amount payable to the firm/contractor at agreement
rates, the difference shall not be paid to the firm/contractor.

c) After giving notice to the firm/contractor to work out the extent of service provided and to take such whole, or the balance or part thereof as shall be unexecuted and to give it to another firm/contractor to complete, in which case, all expenses, which may be incurred in excess of the sum which would have been paid to the original firm/contractor, if the whole service had been executed by him/her, (the amount of which excess the certificate in writing of the Registrar shall be final and conclusive) shall be borne and paid by the original firm/contractor and may be deducted from any money due to him by University under the contract or on any other account whatsoever or from his security deposit or the proceeds of sales thereof or a sufficient part thereof as the case may be. If the expenses incurred by the University are less than the amount payable to the firm/contractor at his agreement rates, the difference shall not be paid to the contractor.
d) The details of penalty to be imposed are mentioned separately.
Firm/Contractor liable to pay compensation.
The Firm/ Contractor shall be under obligation to compensate the University for any loss /
damages suffered by it for any of the act / omission of the Firm/ Contractor. However, in any
case in which any of the powers conferred upon the Registrar by Clause thereof, shall have
become exercisable and the same are not exercised, the non exercise thereof shall not
constitute a waiver of any of the conditions hereof and such powers shall notwithstanding be
exercisable in the event of any future case of default by the firm/contractor and the liability
of the firm/contractor for compensation shall remain unaffected.
Time Allowed and Extension thereof.
The time is the essence of the present documents and contract to be executed in furtherance, the tenderers/ successful tenderer shall be duty bound to adhere to the time schedule prescribed. If the firm/contractor commits default in execution of any activity as aforesaid, University shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy available in law, be at liberty to forfeit the firm/contractor’s earnest money and/or security deposit absolutely.
a. If the delay is due to : - i. force majeure, or
ii. abnormally bad weather, or iii. serious loss or damage by fire, or iv. civil commotion, local commotion of workmen, strike or lockout,
affecting any of the trades employed for requisitioned service v. Any other cause which, in the absolute discretion of the Registrar is
beyond the Firm/Contractor’s control.
Then upon the happening of any such event causing delay, the firm/contractor shall
immediately give notice thereof in writing to the Registrar but shall nevertheless use
constantly his/her best endeavors to prevent or make good the delay and shall do all that

may be reasonably required to the satisfaction of the Registrar to proceed with the
requisitioned service.
b. Request for extension of time, to be eligible for consideration, shall be made by the firm/contractor in writing within two days of the happening of the event causing delay on the prescribed form. The firm/contractor may also, if practicable, indicate in such request the period for which extension is desired.
c. In any such case the Registrar may give a fair and reasonable extension of time. Such extension shall be communicated to the firm/contractor. Non application by the firm/contractor for extension of time shall not be a bar for giving a fair and reasonable extension by the Registrar and this shall be binding on the firm/contractor.
Payment
The contractor shall submit monthly bill latest by seventh day of the following month. The
final bill shall be submitted by the firm/contractor within two months of the completion of
the stipulated/extended period of the contract. No further claims shall be made by the
firm/contractor after submission of the final bill and these shall be deemed to have been
waived and extinguished.
Payment of those items of the bill in respect of which there is no dispute and of items in dispute for quantities and/or rates as approved by Registrar will, as far as possible, be made within a period of 4(four) months, the period to be reckoned from the date of receipt of the bill by the office of the Registrar complete with the required statements, certificates and documents etc. as required.
Foreclosure or Reduction in Scope of Contract
If at any time after acceptance of the tender University shall decide to abandon or reduce the
scope of the contract for any reason whatsoever and hence not require whole or any part of
the service to be provided, the Registrar shall give notice in writing to that effect to the
firm/contractor who shall act accordingly in the matter. The firm/contractor shall have no
claim to any payment of compensation or otherwise whatsoever, on account of any profit or
advantage which the firm/contractor might have derived from the services in full but which
would not be derived as a consequence of the foreclosure of the whole or part of the contract
and/or reduction in scope of the contract.
Cancellation of the contract in full or part and penalty clauses:-
If the firm/contractor fails to provide services or providing defective services/works at any
particular day in full or part thereof, the penalty shall be imposed as per following table:-

In addition of the above if the firm-
a. fails to complete the requisitioned service within the time frame specified in the contract, and does not do so within the period specified in a notice given in writing in that behalf by the Registrar; or
b. shall offer or give or agree to give to any person in University service or to any other person on his/her behalf any gift or consideration of any kind as an inducement or reward or future promise for doing or forbearing to do or for having done or forborne to do any action relation to the obtaining or execution of this or any other contract for University; or
c. shall obtain a contract with the University as a result of wrong tendering or other non-bonafide methods of competitive tendering; or
d. being an individual, or if a firm, any partner thereof shall at any time be adjudged insolvent or have a receiving order or order for administration of his/her estate made against him/her or shall take any proceedings for liquidation or composition (other than a voluntary liquidation for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction) under any Insolvency Act for the time being in force make any conveyance or assignment of his effects or composition or arrangement for the benefit of his creditors or purport so to do, if any application be made under any Insolvency Act for the time being in force for the sequestration of his estate or if a trust deed be executed by him for benefit of his creditors; or
e. being a company, shall pass a resolution or the Court shall make an order for the winding up of the company, or a receiver or manager on behalf of the debenture holders or otherwise shall be appointed or circumstances shall arise which entitle the Court or debenture holders to appoint a receiver or manager ;or
f. shall suffer an execution being levied on his goods and allow it to be continued for a period of 21 days ; or
g. assigns, transfers, sublets (engagement of labour on a piece-work) or otherwise parts with or attempts to assign, transfer, sublet or otherwise parts with the entire or any portion of the requisitioned service without the prior written approval of the Vice-Chancellor of University.

The University may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy which shall have accrued
or shall accrue hereafter, by a notice in writing, cancel the contract as a whole or part of the
Contract.
The Registrar shall, on such cancellation, have powers to carry out the incomplete
requisitioned service be completed by all means at the risk and cost of the firm/contractor in
default.
Suspension of Work
The firm/contractor shall, on receipt of the order in writing by the Registrar (whose decision
shall be final and binding on the firm/contractor) suspend the requisitioned service or any
part thereof for such time and in such manner as the Registrar may deem fit. Such
suspension may/may not be revoked on the discretion of the University and the
firm/contractor will have no claim in this respect whatsoever.
Ensuring Payment and Amenities to Workers if Contractor fails
In every case in which by virtue of the provision of the Contract Labour (Regulation and
Abolition) Act, 1970, and of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules
1971, University would be obliged to pay stipulated amounts of wages to a workman
employed by the firm/contractor in providing the requisitioned service or to incur any
expenditure in providing welfare and health amenities required to be provided under the
above said Act and the Rules framed by Government from time to time for the protection of
health of workers employed by the firm/contractor, University will recover from the
firm/contractor the amount of wages so paid or the amount of expenditure so incurred: and
without prejudice to the rights of the University under sub-section (2) of section 20, and sub-
section (4) of Section 21, of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, and sub-
section (4) of Section 21, of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970,
University shall be at liberty to recover such amount or any part thereof by deducting it from
the security deposit or from any sum due to the firm/contractor whether under this contract
or otherwise University shall not be bound to contest any claim made against it under sub
section (1) of Section 20, sub-section (4) of Section 21, of the said Act, except on the written
request of the firm/contractor and upon his giving to the University full security for all costs
for which university might become liable in contesting such claim.
Labour Laws to be complied by the Contractor
The contractor shall obtain a valid license under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act 1970 and the
Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules 1971, before the commencement of
providing any service in the University under this contract the work, and continue to have a
valid license until the end of stipulated or extended period of the contract. The contractor
shall also abide by the provisions of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986.

Any failure to fulfill this requirement shall attract the penal provisions of this contract arising
out of the resultant non-provisioning of the requisitioned services in the University.
No Subletting The contract shall not be assigned or sublet under any circumstances and if the
firm/contractor assigns or sublets its/his/her contract, or attempt to do so the same would
accrue right upon the University to terminate the contract of the firm/ contractor.
Change in firm/contractor’s constitution
In case there is any change in the firms/contractors constitutions the firm/ contractor shall
submit prior intimation to the University in writing.
Settlement of disputes & Arbitration
All the disputes between the parties to the Tender / NIT/ Contract shall be resolved through
the process of arbitration to be commenced under the provisions of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act 1996. The Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Vice Chancellor of the
University. The place of Arbitration would be at District Gautam Budh Nagar.
Sanitation/Cleaning Services required:-
(Cleaning of Main and internal Roads, Pathways, Parkings, Podiums, Parivartan
Chowk, Cycle tracks, Common corridors of housing blocks, Collection and Disposal of
Garbage, at GBU).
1) To provide dustbins at all required places like inside and outside all buildings
( except inside of housing blocks and MRSH), hostels, dining halls, outside of housing
blocks, roads, public places etc. so as to remain the campus neat and clean at the cost
of company for which no extra payment will be made. The approval of dustbins and
the work should be done as per the directions of the Engineer In-charge.
2) Door to Door collection of garbage from houses located in GBU Premises as
mentioned in the list.
3) Collection of garbage from hostels and dining halls of the University as mentioned in
the list.
4) Collection of garbage from all the dustbins/dumps located or placed by the firm at
various points in the Campus.
5) Removal of plastic bottles, cups, glasses, waste papers etc. from all over the campus.
6) Removal of leaves etc. from all over the campus.

7) To Control and prevention of dog and monkey menace from the University campus.
8) To remove bee hives.
9) Removal and disposal of dead animals as and when reported.
10) Removal of all types of garbage including, short shrubs and prune cut trees by
horticulture department and other all type of garbage and their proper disposal
outside the University at authorized site.
11) Picking up leftover food / kitchen waste from hostels, guest houses and food outlets.
12) All waste collected from various points have to be transported in four wheeler, wheel
barrows/rickshaw etc. (properly covered) and disposal at the designated drop sites.
13) The agency will ensure cleanliness of all dustbins and the area around it.
14) The agency will not be allowed to dump the generated waste at any other place other
than the specified place.
15) The agency should also ensure that there is no any foul smell and fly/mosquito
nuisance at the dumping site.
16) The agency should segregate the waste at dumping site only as bio waste and non bio
waste.
17) The agency must provide heavy leather gloves for handling items like broken glass,
nails etc. and light cotton gloves for handling garbage where, minor injury is not even
anticipated.
18) To take out & picking up leftover food if any.
19) Any other sanitary work assigned by Registrar of the University.
D E F I N I T I O N S

1. “The Contract” means the documents forming the tender and acceptance thereof and the formal agreement executed between the Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, Dist. G.B. Nagar (U.P.) through its authorized officer as one part and the Firm/Contractor as the other part, together with the documents referred to therein including the conditions, terms, specifications and instructions issued by the University from time to time and all these documents taken together shall be deemed to form one contract and shall be complementary to one another.
