Welcome Guests! We want you to know that… We have a nursery available for babies through age 2. Please escort children to the restroom if they need to leave during
worship. If you are in need of pastoral care or would like information about
joining Archdale UMC family, please contact the pastor or call the church office.
Please fill out the worship attendance registration sheet; we have a gift for our first-time guests.
Feel free to ask any church member if you have questions about the service or any of these announcements. We are glad you are here!

Prayer and Praise
The Lord’s Prayer: Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, Forever. Amen.

Recent emails sent for your willingness to serve in 2018 resulted in your response/reply to the email being sent to a church email other than the office email. We apologize that we did not receive your responses. We will get this information for our church records & we thank you for serving us in 2018.
NEIGHBORHOOD CAFÉ
Every Thursday at 5:30. We’d love for you to join us & invite others.
GuilRand/Women’s Aux will be serving the meal. All desserts are appreciated and welcomed.
The Story Continues: Ask, Follow, Go!
Bereavement Teams
Our Bereavement Teams have been in place for 8 months and are
working well. We have four teams of cooks who rotate serving
meals to families during their time of bereavement. There are
10-16 people on each team so no one person is called very often.
We would welcome anyone else who would like to join us in this
necessary and appreciated service to our Brothers and Sisters in
Christ. We could use people willing to cook any of these foods:
Chicken (use recipe that we will supply)
Rice (use supplied recipe)
Green Beans (as you cook them)
Dessert (whatever you prefer)
Tea and rolls
To join a team, you may pick up a form on the table outside the
Wesley Room. Completed forms may be placed in Kay Nichol’s
mailbox. You may also pick up and turn in forms to the Church
office Monday-Friday. If you have any questions or would like
more information please contact Carol Webb or Kay Nichols. We
thank you for your willingness to serve & we look forward to more
hands to help with this wonderful ministry.
