music, you will be asked to leave the stage.
PLEASE NOTE;
Judging is done LIVE. Each athlete will have a certain time to be on stage on the day
of the event. Athletes have to be at the show venue at least 1 hour before going on
stage.
Due to COVID 19 procedures, every athlete’s temperature will be taken when they
enter the venue. Athletes will be divided into groups and restricted to moving in
certain areas.
ALL ATHLETE AFFILIATION AND SHOW REGISTRATION PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE
ONLINE. – NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Weigh in and Registration will take place from 6pm to 8pm ONLY
All athletes have to WEAR their posing trunks, board shorts or costumes they will be competing in to
the registration. Ladies have to have their shoes that they will be competing in with them.

Sessions start strictly at 9am
SERVICES OFFERED AT THE EVENT (TAN)
The IFBB reserves the right to refuse any athlete onto the stage that has tans and bronzers that can be wiped off. If the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will be told to remove it before stepping on stage. No spray & cook or deep heat may be used at this event On Site Service Providers: - PLEASE NOTE THAT NO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE

Tickets can be bought directly our website or at the door of the event. Ticket prices are as follows: Per Session Rate: R100pp, children under 5 Free of charge Full Day Pass: R350pp, includes access to all 5 sessions PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SPECTATORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE VENUE AFTER EACH SESSION AND BE RE-SCANNED WHEN ENTERING A NEW SESSION
