With a vision toward the future of business jet designs and the trend to larger business aircraft, Gateway Executive Airpark will be a state-of the-art, full-service hangar facility, including both multi-tenant and freestanding hangars. Gateway Executive Airpark will have direct commercial runway access. It will be situated adjacent to Textron’s Citation Service Center, Embraer Executive Jet Service Center, and Sossaman Road, the entrance into Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The hangar bays and hangar door dimensions will accommodate larger jets, including the new Gulfstream 700, and multiple smaller aircraft and helicopters.

and aerospace businesses include: Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption, Property Reclassification, Construction Sales Tax Rebate and Job Credits.

• Incentives may be significant reductions in property taxes up to 72.9% for up to five years.

• Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is one of only two airports in Arizona designated as a Military Reuse Zone (MRZ). MRZ tax incentives are not available in any other Arizona airport. Qualified companies located in PMGA will have the advantage of lower operating expense.

Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) #221 • FTZ-qualified companies bringing merchandise into

the U.S. FTZ #221, may be eligible for Re-Exports-Duty Exemption, Imports-Duty Deferral and Imported Inputs-Inverted Tariffs.

• FTZ programs may provide up to 72.9% reduction in State Real and Personal Property Taxes and State and Local Inventory Tax Exemptions on foreign and domestic goods held for export.
