About Your Visit

SchedulingTo ensure your desired time, please make your reservation early.

If you are a Gateway Canyons guest, please call ext. 2598.

ArrivalPlease arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to check in and begin the relaxation process. Your treatment will start promptly at its designated time.

Should you arrive late for your service, you will be deprived of valuable treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time.

Cancellation PolicyAll services are reserved specifically for you. We request your treatment be reserved

with a credit card. You will be charged 50% of your service if you cancel within twenty-four hours and the full amount if you “no-show.”

Upon ArrivingWe will provide you with a locker, robe and sandals for your treatments, so feel free to arrive in whatever attire is comfortable. Men having facials should shave no less than

two hours prior to their service. For your safety and comfort, we suggest you leave your jewelry and valuables in your guestroom.

During Your VisitTo get the most out of your treatment, communicate with your spa professional. Your comfort and enjoyment are very important to us, so please let us know if you have concerns about the depth of

pressure during your massage, the temperature of your room, music volume or any other issues that may arise.

Age RequirementsGuests must be at least 16 years of age to have a private treatment. Spa services for those 15

and younger are provided at our discretion, and a parent or adult guardian must be present. Ourcouple’s room is ideal for massages of this nature.

If You Are PregnantYour medical professional’s consent is requested before we begin your treatment. If this is

unobtainable, we request that you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service. Let us know when you make your reservation which trimester you will be in at time of your appointment.

Blooming Cactus Body RitualYour treatment will begin with a body exfoliation to enhance skin cell renewal allowing for better

absorption of the nutrient-rich products. Your body will be cocooned in a “Stimulating Prickly Pear Cactus” gel wrap. This wrap helps improve blood circulation, tighten the skin and produce a healthy glow! While your body is detoxifying you will receive a relaxing scalp or foot therapy massage. After
