For over 25 years GasGuard
nozzles have increased
the amount of safety and
comfort experienced on
forecourts around the world
whilst dispensing LPGas.
Continuous development of
the GasGuard range of LPGas
refueling nozzles has been a
key factor in maintaining a
position as a global market
leader in terms of safety,
performance and reliability.
The new GasGuard ‘GG’ range
demonstrates a lighter, more
robust construction with
many additional features,
allowing the nozzle to adapt
to many different markets
and satisfy each individual
customer requirements.
Nozzles in the GasGuard “GG1” series are suitable for the filling of light duty/
Autogas vehicles as well as mobile and stationary L.P.G. tanks. There are three
different nozzles in the UL Listed GG1 range, the GG1E, the GG1EH and the
GG1DN, which cater for differing customer needs. These nozzles supersede the
“GasGuard LG1” series of nozzles. With a lightweight & well balanced construction,
the nozzles are designed to give the user a more ergonomic and safer way to
refuel their Autogas vehicle or storage tank. The GG1 series design has also been
enhanced with significant improvements in operational performance and reduced
maintenance requirements, and like all GasGuard nozzles they are fully repairable.

Nozzles in the GasGuard “GG20” series are designed to reach into, and connect
to, deep-seated filler valves, as associated with forklift truck cylinders and RV filler
valves in similarly difficult locations. This is possible due to the extended connector
on the outlet of the nozzle which allows customers to connect to fill points with a
more difficult access point. There are three different nozzles in the UL listed GG20
range, the GG20, the GG20H and the GG20DN, which cater for differing customer
needs. With a 35mm longer connector the nozzles are engineered with the same
function as their shorter GG1E, GG1EH and GG1DN counterparts. The GG20 series
design carries the same improvements in operational performance and reduced
maintenance requirements as the GG1 series, and like all GasGuard nozzles they are
fully repairable.

The GasGuard GG10 Series nozzle has been designed to fit to hose reels for dispensing bulk LPGas to small / medium tank and
industrial storage facilities. The nozzle is robust and exhibits a high level of operator safety. With the GG10 it is impossible to open the
valve and release gas into the atmosphere if the nozzle is not connected to a certified 1 ¾’’ ACME fill point. The technology within the
GG10 removes the possibility of serious injury or the misuse of LPG during the transport and handling phases of refueling.

Dust Cap (optional)
» Protects the nozzle and internal components from the ingress of dirt. Especially useful for open systems where nozzle sits in a holster and is exposed to airborne dirt and grime from the road.
316 Stainless Steel parts
» All steel components have been manufactured from 316 stainless steel for a more enduring performance and resistance against the elements. The nozzle is now more robust and less prone to physical damage obtained during normal operation.
The following new features are now available in the GG10 nozzle
45° dual-axis Swivel
» Allows the driver more flexibility when connecting the nozzle with hard to reach fill points, such as underground tanks or overhead fill points. The dual plane swivel reduces the moment load on the nozzle/fill point. The hose also follows path of least resistance and minimizes the strain and kinking force on the hose after the hose tail.
The GasGuard GG11 Safety Back-Check Valve can
be used in conjunction with the GG10 Nozzle to
contain leaks at a storage tank fill point, allowing
the driver to move to next fill point without delay.
The safety feature of the GG10 is maintained even
with GG11 attached and the nozzle valve will
remain closed even when the lever is actuated in
an uncoupled position.
The GG11 series has a unique feature allowing the
nozzle to safely seal to the fill point even when
the operator has not completely tightened the
nozzle and GG11 Safety Back-Check Valve to the
fill point i.e. the GG10 and GG11 system will seal if
they are backed off up to ¾ of a turn!

GASGUARD NOZZLE RANGE 11
The GasGuard GG11R Safety Back-Check Valve can be used in conjunction with the GG10 Nozzle to contain leaks at a storage tank fill
point. The purpose of the GG11R is the same as the GG11, however the GG11R uses an external screw to discharge the release volume
in the GG10 nozzle and GG11R Safety Back-Check Valve. This is done by the operator with a gloved hand after each fill.
The safety feature of the GG10 is maintained even with GG11R attached. The nozzle valve will remain closed even when the lever is
actuated in an uncoupled position.
