Wöhler DP 23 Leakage Tester

Function

The flue gas system to be tested for leakage is sealed with sealing elements or sealing bladders (round chimneys) and subjected to the relevant required test pressure (acc. to EN 1443 Class N/P/H or variable selectable). The air flow rate needed to maintain this test pressure corresponds to the leakage of the flue-gas system. The user is guided through the measurement sequence via a 4 line LCD display. Entries, e.g. the dimensions of the flue-gas system, are made by using the front keypad. Based on the dimensions, the Wöhler DP 23 calculates the allowed leakage rate. The measurement record can be printed out on a thermal printer (Wöhler TD 600) using cordless IR interface.
