UNIS FAGAS projects, manufactures installs in buildings and puts into operation the gas stations: ź for all gaseous �uids,ź for all pressures,ź for all �ows.
We deliver our stations complete with all safety devices, leak and pressure tested and set to the projected operation parameters.

The main regulating metering station serves for measuring and regulating pressure on setpoint
Gas stations are delivered adjusted for indoor installation or with protective cabinets, containers resistant to weather conditions.
All gas stations are almost silent regardless of their capacity or pressure, because of built-in silencers. This feature is particularly important in case of installing of gas stations, near populated areas or industrial premises.

INSTALLATIONThe gas stations are manufactured, assembled and tested in our factory.After installation on site, connections for blow-off are mounted and leak-proof testing must be done if any defect of leakiness have occurred during transport.
As manufacturer of gas stations we always simpli�ed the process of maintenance as much as possible.The station must be regularly tested for rust. All built –in devices shell be serviced according to instructions of manufacturer.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
Gas �lterDue to impurities contained in gas in solid and liquid state, gas �lters used to separate the impurities from the gas �ow in order to protect sensitive parts of the gas station. The clogging degree is measured by differential pressure gauge, The gas �lter can optionally be equipped with a valve to empty out the separated liquids, quick opening closure or any other request.
Gas pressure regulatorDepending on inlet and outlet gas pressure, regulation can be single or double stage. Safety devices are built in the regulating part of the station which ensures safety operation. These are safety shut off valves or monitoring system and safety relief valves.
Heat exchangersDue to Joule-Thomson effect occurring in case of large range in pressure reduction and possible malfunctions the gas is preheated in heat exchangers. In wide range reduction of pressure there would be a large sub cooling gas stream (�ow) to the resulting malfunctions in regulating metering stations. Therefore, the gas is preheated in heat exchangers.
Gas �ow meterGas consumption is registered by the gas �ow meter with additionally mounted conversion volume device, which transforms working �ow quantities into normal ones, considering pressure and gas temperature.
Upon request, we install also �ow, temperature and pressure indicators which make possible continual supervising of gas station operation.

Flow computer cabinets and telemetry systemTo ensure accurate and reliable measurement system, gas stations are delivered with electrical cabinets for measurement, control and supervising. The cabinet is equipped with �ow computer connected to the �ow meters, pressure and temperature transmitters, programmable logic controller (PLC), operator panel and actuators. With appropriate modem connected to �ow computer, customer or gas distributor has possibility of remote access to measurement system of gas station. Every cabinet is functionally tested before delivery.
Gas chromatographGas chromatograph is used to analyze gas composition. Accurate measurement of gas composition is very important for accurate measurement of gas energy.
