INTRODUCTION Pressure regulator type: 131 is pilot controlled gas pressure regulator for low and medium pressure, which ensure a constant downstream pressure (p2). They can be provided with shut-off device for low and high pressure or for high pressure. They can be used with natural gas, LPG, air, nitrogen, etc. UVOD

Regulator pritiska tip: 131 predstavlja regulator indirek tnog dejstva (u svom sastavu ima pilot za niske i srednje pritisk e) koji obezbeñuje konstantnu vrednost izlaznog pritiska (p2). Regulator se izvodi i sa sigurnosno prek idnim mehanizmom (odnosno blokadnim mehanizmom) tip: 131-BV i to za visok i i niski pritisak ili za visok i pritisak . Koristi se za prirodni gas, tečni naftni gas, vazduh, azot, itd.

OPIS RADA

Regulatori pritiska tip: 131 i tip: 131-BV su u početnom stanju zatvoreni. Ulazni ptitisak se dovodi do pilota. Pilot je podešen na zahtevanu vrednost izlaznog pritiska (p2). Upravljačk i pritisak iz pilota deluje na gornju stranu membrane (1), savlañujući silu opruge (2) i preko membranskog sk lopa i poluge (3) gura trn (4) i zatvarač (5) u otvoren položaj. Istovremeno gas prolazi i ispod membrane, a deo se kroz

impulsni vod rasterećuje u izlaznu cev. Zatvarač otvara sedište (6) do potpunog ottvaranja kada vrednost izlaznog pritiska dostigne podešenu vrednost piz.. Potrošnja gasa prouzrokuje pad izlaznog pritiska što dovodi do ponovnog zatvaranja reglatora i obavljanje njegove osnovne funkcije: održavanje konstantnog izlaznog pritiska gasa u okviru zadatih granica odstupanja definisanih regulacionom grupom (RG). Vrednost izlaznog pritiska se podešava pritezanjem opruge pilota pomoću regulacionog zavrtn ja, sabijanjem opruge vrednost raste i obrnuto.

REGULATOR OPERATION In the absence of pressure , gas pressure regulators type: 131 and type: 131-BV are in closed pos ition. Inlet pressure is leaded to the pilot. P ilot is setted at a requested va lue of pressure p2. C ontrol pressure intake from pilot acting on upper side of diaphragm (1), thus overcoming the spring (2) action, and through diaphragm assembly and lever (3) move the rod (4) w ith pad unit (5) and open regula tor. At the same time, gas intake thruogh impuls pipe at lower side of diaphragm and a small amount is rea lised into the outlet pipe. When outlet pressure increase up to presset value, the nozzle (6) is comple tely opened. Gas consuption cause outlet pressure decreasing, and cause c los ing nozzle by moving pad unit. This is main gas regulator function: Mainta ing constant outle t pressure which is def ined by accuracy c lass (AC). Set point pressure is established by the adjusting screw and spring in pilot. In order to increase the outlet pressure, rotate c lockw ise the adjusting screw , and to decrease the outle t pressure rotate counterclockw ise the adjusting screw .

OPIS RADA PILOTA

Regulatori pritiska tip:131 i tip 131-BV se izvode sa indirek tnim upravljenjem sa pilotom tip: 117. Pilot tip: 117 se koristi za nisk e i srednje pritisk e. U početnom stanju (kada u instalaciji nema gasa) pilot se nalazi u otvorenom položaju, tj. sila opruge (7) preko uzengije (6) deluje na trn (2) koji d iznu (3) drži otvorenom. Puštanjem gasa (ulaznog pritiska regulatora p1) u instalaciju, pritisak prolazi k roz pilot i impulsnim vodom se dovodi iznad membrane regulatora. Izlazni pritisak regulatora p2 se preko impulsnog dovodi ispod membrane (4) koji zajedno sa oprugom (1) polako pritvara pilot i obezbeñuje konstantan upravljački pritisak p. Upravljački pritisak se preko impulsnog voda dovodi sa gornje strane membrane regulatora. Kada pritisak p dostigne zadatu vrednost pilot je i dalje otvoren a gas iz p ilota prestrujava iz gornje u donju komoru membrane regulatora. Daljim porastom pritiska prvo se zatvatra pilot i kada se pritisak u komorama regulatora izjednači, opruga regulatora zatvara diznu regulatora. Podešavanje upravljačkog pritiska se ostvaruje pomoću regulacionog zavrtnja (8), čijim protezanjem ili otpuštanjem se preko opruge (7) ostvaruje zahtevana vrednost pritiska p. Okretanjem regulacionog zavrtnja u smeru kazaljke na satu povećava se vrednost upravljačkog pritiska i obrnuto.

P ilot type: 117 / Pilot tip: 117

PILOT OPERATION Gas pressure regulators type 131 and type: 131-BV are equiped w ith a pilot type : 117. P ilot type: 117 is used for low and medium pressure control. In the absence of pressure, pilot is in open position, i.e. force of the spring (7), through stirrup (6) act on the rod (2) and ma intain the nozzle (3) opened. Letting the gas (inlet gas in regulator p1) in insta llation, gas f low through the pilot and through im puls pipe act on upper side of regula tor diaphragm. Outlet pressure from regulator p2, through impuls pipe, ac t on diaphragm (4), which toge ther w ith spring (1) mainta in the control pressure p constant. Control pressure is through impuls pipe bringed up at the upper side of regulator diaphragm. At the setted value of control pressure, pilot is still opened, and gas flow from upper dipahragm hosuing of regulator to lower dipahragm housing of regula tor. Further increase od pressure p2 close the pilot and pressure in uper and lower dipahragm housing is equa lised. Regulator spring close the regula tor. Set point of control pressure p is established by the adjusting screw (8) and the spring (7). In order to increase control pressure , rotate clockw ise the adjusting screw , and to decrease the control pressure rotate counterc lockw ise the adjusting screw.

SHUT-OFF DEVICE OPERATION

Gas pressure regulator equiped with shut-off device is called 131-BV. Protecting the instalation and the consumers after regulator against extreme (high and low) pressure is the basic function of shut-off device (protection against only high pressure upon request).

Shut-off devices for protection against high and low pressure are:

- 0 – 2 bar: type: GT.BM.VNP.02.65.P (Picture 5.) - 2 – 5 bar: type: GT.BM.VNP.05.65.P (Picture 6.)

Shut-off devices for protection against high pressure protection are:

- 0 - 2 bar type: GT.BM.VP.02.65.P - 2 - 5 bar type: GT.BM.VP.05.65.P

Operation shut-off device for protection against low and high pressure is explained in folowing text. Outlet pressure intake through the pulse pipe under the diaphragm assembly (1). Pressure increas ing move the diaphragm assembly upper, through lever (2) cause moving of pusher (11) which release the ball (3) from the rod (4). The rod under the spring (5) load move the valve disc (6) to c lose the nozzle. Increasing outlet pressure act uppon diaphragm assembly and overcome the high pressure spring (7) load (VP). Decreasing outlet pressure move the diaphragm assembly down under the low pressure spring (8) load (NP) and through lever move the pusher and release the ball from the rod. Activate pressure is realized by setting springs (7) and (8) by adjusting r ing for VP (9) and adjusting r ing NP (10). Rotate adjusting r ing clockwise for increase pressure or rotate adjusting ring counterclockwise to decrease activating pressure. Shut-off device is manualy reset by pulling handle (12). Shut-off device used only for protection against high pressure is equipied without spring NP (8) and adjusting ring for NP (10).

OPIS RADA BLOKADNOG MEHANIZMA

Regulator pritiska tip:131-BV se izvodi sa integrisanim blokadnim mehanizmom. Blokadni mehanizam štiti instalaciju i potrošače posle regulatora od previsokog i preniskog pritiska,.

Blokadni mehanizmi za zaštitu od previsokog i preniskog pritiska su:

- 0 – 2 bar: tip: GT.BM.VNP.02.65.P (Slika 5.) - 2 – 5 bar: tip: GT.BM.VNP.05.65.P (Slika 6.)

Blokadni mehanizmi za zaštitu od previsokog pritiska su:

- 0 – 2 bar: tip: GT.BM.VP.02.65.P - 2 – 5 bar: tip: GT.BM.VP.05.65.P

Opis rada blokadnog mehanizma za zaštitu od preniskog i previsokog pritiska opisan je u tekstu ispod. Izlazni pritisak se impulsnim vodom dovodi ispod membranskog sklopa (1) blokadnog mehanizma. Porast pritiska prouzrokuje pomeranje membranskog sklopa na gore koji preko poluge (2) povlači trn (11) čime je osloboñena kuglica (3) a samim tim i osovinica (4) koji pod oprugom (5) gura zatvarač (6) na sedište. Pri porastu izlaznog pritiska membranski sklop savlañuje oprugu VP (7). Pad izlaznog pritiska dovodi do pomeranja membranskog sklopa usled sile opruge NP (8), koji preko poluge povlači osovinicu i oslobaña kuglicu, odnosno otključava bravu blokadnog mehanizma. Podešavanje pritiska aktiviranja obezbeñuje se pomoću pritezača opruge VP (9) i pritezača opruge NP (10). Okretanjem pritezača u smeru kazaljke na satu, povećava se pritisak aktiviranja i obrnuto. Blokada se ručno deaktivira povlačenjem ručnog potiskivača (12). Kod blokadnog mehanizama samo za zaštitu od previsokog pritiska, ne ugrañuju se pozicije (8) i (10).
