Welcome to the latest marketplace report for Wilston, Windsor, Grange and Gordon Park. Since our last issue (April/May) the residential property market in Australia has continued to rally. The result being an increase of some $300billion to $6trillion in the estimated value of Australian residential property. For the most part, our southern neighbours of Sydney (17.8% past 12 months) and Melbourne (11.2% past 12 months) are leading the growth charge with Brisbane at 3.7% over the past 12 months.
