Planning for 2018-19 has begun! Will YOU be a part of the fun? APS Ace’s Junior Chefs Competition: Deadline March 8th! APS and Aramark are thrilled to introduce this year’s Ace’s Junior Chef Competition. This is the 8th year of this fun and exciting event, and GHES students have been among the finalists for the past several years! Entries are open to elementary school students in Grades 4-5. The idea behind this event is to help educate students in HEALTHY EATING HABITS! Students are asked to submit recipes for their favorite Lunch entrée this year. Judging criteria will be based on: Appearance ( plate presentation), Taste, Kid Appeal, Ease of Presentation, and Healthy Attributes. The deadline for entry is Thursday, March 8th. Perfect timing, as March is National Music In Our Schools Month!
