Residents and businesses are invited to participate in the City’s annual Greening Vincent Garden Competition.

All gardens will be judged against waterwise criteria and controlled use of fertilisers and pesticides.

Awards will be presented in the following categories: • Best Business Garden• Best Residential Front Garden• Best Vincent Verge

Entrants in this category will also be judged against creative use of space and landscaping features.

• Catchment Friendly Garden• Best Indoor, Courtyard or Balcony Garden

Entrants in this category will also be judged for creative use of limited space.

• Best Residential Rear Garden• Best Vegetable or Food Garden

Preliminary judging will be carried out between 7–11 October 2019 with final judging to take place on Saturday 12 October 2019.
