The event will start out as an invite only event (we dont want the numbers to get out of control). If you are coming with a close mate I encourage you to share so we can fit max numbers in to the Base Camp

6 Queen rooms:

For those who want their own Queen bed room: $190 for the two nights.

For those willing to share a Queen bed, probably only for couples (or REALLY close friends??): $120 each (twin share) for the two nights.

3 Queen + single rooms:

These rooms have a separate single bed (can be shared without having to sleep head to tail so would suit mates (or even a couple and a mate, $ would be cheaper again)) $120 each for the two nights.

Rooms prices will include breakfast (apparently but will confirm).

Motel also has a bar on site which the owner will open it up for us, in his words the bar isnt a money spinner, its just a place I pour beers for guests so I imagine the prices will be respectable.

Deposit will be 50%

Additional accommodation is available at the Bogon Moth (1.5km away (no views))

Dinner:

Restaurant with Limo shuttle from motel is called: Flour + Water (pizza restaurant)
