computar® varifocal lenses offer three different options of iris control: manual iris, auto irisDC drive and auto iris video drive. computar® aspherical IR varifocal lenses - Day/Nightlenses, are the ideal solution for low light and/or where infrared illumination is used. Theselenses are suitable for all Day/Night, color and monochrome cameras. IR lenses are used withTrue Day/Night cameras. All computar® varifocal lenses offer the maximum flexibility asthey can be adjusted to match the exact scene required by the end user. Once obtained,view can be fixed by using the lens locking screws. computar® offers one of the largestranges of varifocal lenses from 1.8mm (almost fisheye) to 50mm for close up views.

computar® megapixel lenses are designed to capture the higher resolution of megapixel andsuper high resolution cameras, providing a high contrast and sharp picture. The wideaperture (F1.4) design of the megapixel lenses helps to achieve clear images under low lightlevels. These lenses also provide excellent image recognition accuracy by reducing distortionand improving illumination uniformity over the camera sensor. Another important feature isthe robust enclosure that is resistant to vibrations and shocks, making it ideal for use in videoimaging equipment and machine vision applications.
