Authenticate into your In

Context product as

you normally would

At any point during your In

Context session you can sign in

with a gmail account in

order to save documents,

notes, highlights and

citations to Google Drive

If you are not authenticated into your gmail account already upon

clicking on the g Sign in link, you will be asked to either confirm your credentials or

prompted for your gmail address and password

Once you are signed

in, the name

attached to your gmail account will

display

Now that you are signed in with your Google account, you can export documents, citations, and highlights & notes to Google Drive

Exporting a document to Google Drive

Open the document, click on the Download

option under Tools

You will then see an option to download

to Google Drive

Downloading Documents with

Highlights & Notes to Google

Drive

Open the document, add

your highlights & notes

Click on Download under Tools

You will then see an option to download

to Google Drive

page, choose Download and

this allows users to compile a list of

relevant documents

When ready to view the documents in

your folder click on the More icon and

then select My Folder

Once documents are saved to My

Folder, users have an option to

download them to Google Drive

Downloaded

Documents in your Google Drive

AccountClicking into the Opposing Viewpoints in Context folder allows you to view any of the documents that you exported to Google Drive

Opening any of the downloaded

In Context documents

stored on Drive allows users to utilize the full

suite of Google Docs tools

available to further edit,

organize, share & collaborate.

Warning Message

If a user has not logged in with their

gmail account during their In

Context session and they save items to My Folder, or make highlights & notes on any documents,

they will be prompted to

confirm their logout request, thus

preventing loss of work
