ARTS MONTH CELEBRATION FOR REGION VII SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS
To: District Supervisors/In-Charge
Heads of Elementary and Secondary Schools
All Concerned
1. Per Regional Memorandum No. 101, s. 2013, the Mandaue School for the Arts and Don Cecilio
Putong School for the Arts will conduct activities for the Arts Month Celebration. Please see
attached Regional Memorandum for the schedule of activities.
2. School Heads, District Arts Coordinators and MAPEH/MSEP of elementary and secondary
schools who are interested to open School for the Arts are encouraged to visit and see the
different exhibits and activities.
3. All concerned are directed to ensure that no classes will be left unattended. Participation to this
activity is on official time only.
4. For information and guidance of all concerned.

ARTS MONTH CELEBRATION FOR REGION VII SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS
To: Schools Division Superintendents Officer-in-Charge of Regular Divisions
1. The Mandaue School for the Arts and Don Cecilio Putong School for the Arts will conduct activities for the Arts Month Celebration. Below is the schedule of activities:
Mandaue School for the Arts Opening of Arts Month February 7, 2013 Culminating Activities Mid- March
Dr. Cecilio Putong National HS Opening of Arts Month Celebration February 8, 2013, 10:00 A.M. at the Bohol Cultural Center, Tagbilaran City
Opening of Exhibits (Galleria de Arte) in Visual Arts, Photography, Creative Arts and Literary Works at Dr. Cecilio Putong NHS.
* Recital of Performing Arts in dance, instrumental, vocal and theater arts
* Sining Asya ... Ani Ng Sining Best Performing groups from ASEAN Countries will perform in Abatan River, CoPes Bohol.
* Highlight of the activities (Performers will perform on the floating stage)
Community- based Theater groups From the Visayan Region at Abatan River, Cortes, Bohol

Schools Division Superintendents who have newly- opened School for the Arts and those who intend to open the School for the Arts are advised to encourage their Division School for the Arts Coordinators, School Principals and Teachers to visit the schools and see the different exhibits and activities.
3. All concerned are directed to ensure that no classes will be left unattended. Participation to this activity is on official time only.
