Adjacent Cell: what is bi-directional adjacent cell, what is single directional cell.
Modify the following data for GHBL27A:
Change BCCH from 613 to 614
Change BSIC from 47 to 58
Modify RACH Min. Access Level(dBm) to -105dBm.
Add GTLA48A , GTLA48B, and GTLA48C as bidirectional adjacent cells of GHBL27A.
Delete Single Directional Adjacent Cells “BAG160B”
Delete bidirectional adjacent cell: “GHBL27B”, check the adjacent cell list of GHBL27B.
Increase the PBGT handover margin from GTLA48A to JMIT51B(from 68 to 70)

Level 3 reset: Based on the configuration data of the BTS stored in the memory.
Level 4 reset: Based on the data configuration stored in the database (DB), the BSC updates the data stored in the memory, and then configures the BTS again to reset it.

One SDCCH has 8 sub-channels. One half rate TCH has 2 subchannels.
The status of a channel is identified according to the color. You can put the mouse point on a dot to view the status of a sub-channel.
If a TRX number has a sign * on its upper right, the TRX is in mutual aid state.

Query the maximum and average values of the main level and diversity level in a frequency scan period.
Each carrier has two RX ports: carrier main and carrier diversity. The main level indicates the uplink signal level of the main carrier and the diversity level indicates the uplink signal level of the diversity carrier.
There are two methods of querying frequency scan. The results are different if you query the frequency scan through different methods.

Manually set the network to maximum interference mode to obtain the maximum interference of the entire network. Testing idle timeslot refers to sending idle Burst bit stream to the unseized timeslots to set the network to maximum interference mode.

Principle in OMCR
Follow the time schedule and rules for engineer to enter and leave OMC room.
Do not eat and drink in OMC room, and do not bring glasses into OMC room.
Different O&M clients use different user names and passwords. Usually OMC room operators manage and distribute user names and passwords to everyone, so do follow related rules when using them.
Do not perform other operations except necessary RNP&O operations, such as board reset and system parameter modification.

CR Procedure
RNO engineers propose a request for modifying parameters, and sent it to OMCR manager (customer or Huawei) for approval.
After OMCR managers approve it, RNO engineer send CR to OMC room operators.
OMC room operators execute related modifying action. Do feed back the modifying result to RNO engineers and OMCR manager by Email. If OMC room operators fail to modify parameter, RNO engineers must analyze the reason till the operation is close.
If parameters modification is just for temporary or testing, OMC operators should restore the parameters after test.
Pay attention to parameter importance, parameter level, and parameter impact on the system. Select the right time to avoid accidents. It is strongly recommended to modify parameters at midnight.
