FYI Project 3 - Short Film Festival From the driving question “How is nutrition vital in a sustainable future” our FYI students became the cast and crew of their own short films and nutrition adverstisements. Playing to a packed house during the matinee showing our students really did get a taste of what it takes to be in the movie business. Well done and congratulations!

Manildra Show - Our Goats
Yeoval Central School's Agriculture team attended Manildra Show on Saturday 7th September with our goats. The Dairy Goat Section had 5 studs exhibiting their animals on the day. Highlights of the day for YCS were being awarded Champion Doe Kid and Best of Breed for British Alpine and Toggenburg breed classes.
Firsts in British Alpine kid, Toggenburg kid, Dams Progeny and Sires progeny classes. Our animals placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Best Presented Class.
Beau, Lucy and Carleigh all achieved 1st places in their respective Junior Parading Classes. Throughout the show the students supported other exhibitors with showing their animals and helping to pack up equipment and animals at the end of the day.
Beau, Lucy and Carleigh represented our school with pride and were excellent ambassadors for both Yeoval Central School and for the Dairy Goat Society of Australia whose banner the show was run under.
