Steps to Certification

Step 1: Register for HP Partner Portal and access The Learning Center View the requirements, including prerequisites and exams, for achieving your certification.

Step 2: Your HP Learner ID An HP Learner ID is required to register for exams and certifications

Step 3: Prepare for the exam Access training materials from the HP Learning Center and review the exam preparation guides

Step 4: Schedule the exam Visit Pearson VUE for all online and proctored exams

Step 5: Pass the certification exam Your certification will be issued upon your successful completion of the relevant exam(s). You will be notified of your pass/fail status immediately after completing the exam. If you pass the exam, your transcript will be updated in The Learning Center within seven (7) business days.

Step 1: The Learning Center

You must be LOGGED INTO the HP Smart Portal to access the Train & certify page and training materials

1) Log into HP Smart Portal

2) Select: Train & Certify from menu

3) Click: Access The Learning Center

You will receive your HP Learner ID via email after registering for access to The Learning Center, available from the HP Smart Portal
