It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of support for Mr. Daniel Ethridge. I believe that he is a great candidate for Graphic Designer. Over the past 15 years of knowing Daniel as an employee, colleague, mentor, and friend, he has consistently demonstrated a superior drive for web, video, photography, and social media marketing in regards to delivering superior work that connects with students.
As his colleague, I have seen Daniel transform Meridian Community College’s website into one of the most engaging websites in Mississippi not because it was requested, but because our students and our community deserved it. Daniel’s professional career has been cultivated to serve students and provide access to under served and underrepresented populations through marketing and communications. While at the Tourism Bureau, Daniel actively created social media campaigns and developed numerous rich media assets including photography and video for the state. It is rare that you find individuals that are as exceptional as Daniel. He possess the ability to plan and execute strategic programming without losing sight of the needs of the community we serve.
I owe what I know in web design and digital content creation to Daniel Ethridge. He personally taught me HTML, Flash, PHP, InDesign, and multiple windows server operating systems among other skills. He is the paramount candidate for this position and I am unable to suggest anyone else for it that would be better in all my network.
