Scheduling A Meeting To schedule a meeting:

Log in Select schedule a meeting Add recipient email addresses Add a subject Select a date and time (in YOUR time zone) Add any other meeting info Send meeting invite

To start a new meeting: Log in Select Start a new meeting Invite attendees
