What do we want the trial to address?
• Joined up using the same interoperable format(s)
• Manufacturers to come to the table and produce their product data sheets to a consistent standard (data first geometry second)
• Enable consistency in how equipment and assets are classified
• More input from FM provider to support the Employers Information Requirements (EIR)
• Supply chain Integration for data capture - Drops 3 - 6 are critical
• Include Customers to enable greater understanding - better education for industry as a whole
• Review means for less contractual thinking and more robust channels of communication

• Use the Energy model pre and post construction to inform maintenance options
• Easier identification of assets and gain faster mobilisation underpinned by Statutory and Business compliance
• Obtain data and opportunities for different methods of maintaining and managing Assets
• Identify critical systems, plant & equipment together with critical spares very early on
• A fully developed maintenance strategy to handover to a client prior to the operational phase
• Be able to provide information on best in class assets and inform on whole life cycle costs
• Be more competitive with our bids based on knowledge and accurate data
