Attacking players dodge, evade and pass a rugby ball while defenders attempt to prevent them scoring by “tagging” - pulling a Velcro tag from the ball carrier Boxing – learn the rules, skills and techniques involved in the sport Mini Kickers - for children aged 5 to 6 years, providing an introductory course to children who enjoy playing football What’s on offer... Future Lifestyles Programme

All Future Members of Primary School age must be accompanied in the gym by a responsible adult at all times. Adults must supervise the young persons and be in attendance throughout the training session. All Future Members of Secondary School age can attend the fitness studio unaccompanied before 6pm but must be accompanied by a responsible adult after 6pm (Local variations and sessions may be available). All children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible person aged at least 16 years at all times whilst in the facility. *Subject to change, contact your nearest centre for up-to-date information.
