Packing and Dispatch
Layout: Samples are taken out from each batch and dimensions are checked as per drawings
before dispatch.
Visual Inspection: For scale pit, unfeeling etc are kept separately and they are sorted out for
rework or rejection.
Packing and dispatch of the material are as per customer requirement.
Dimensional Inspection: 100 % Critical dimensions are checked and recorded.

We are manufacturing a range of Crank Case Cover which is used for
covering the combustion engine’s bottom ends. Available in different sizes,
our gamut of Crank Case Cover include suction areas for collecting engine
lubricant. Over the suction area, there is a balancing shaft which is
supported and driven by the crank shaft via a gear structure. On both end of
the balancing shaft, first and second gear pump are arranged in a mounted
position.
