New and Changed Features for Fusion 5.9 Action Plans (Fusion Pro)

• Action Plans are predefined sets of actions that can be applied to a contact and added to your daily schedule of activities including To-‐do’s, Calls and Emails to ensure you stay connected with your contacts.

• Fusion Pro and MLX Pro comes with a predefined set of Action Plans that can be copied and customized to suite your needs. You can also create your own personal action plans.

• Action Plans created in MLX Pro are automatically visible in Fusion and vice versa.



Home Page

• Each user can now create and edit Personal Resource links on the Fusion Home Page. Click the ‘gear’ icon in the Resource gadget to customize personal resource links.

Contact Manager

• Create new CMA’s and view previously created CMA’s from the Contact Details screen.



Images • Behavior Change in the Photo Gallery -‐ you now have to click on a thumbnail image to display the larger

image. In prior versions mouse-‐over the thumbnail image would change the large image. You can also now double-‐click on the thumbnail image to view it full-‐size.

• Image comments are now directly below large photo instead of at the bottom of the screen.

• Bulk Image Upload allows members to upload images to multiple listings at once.

Searching

• When adding a Numeric or Price field to the Search Criteria screen, the 000's option is set according to the In Thousands setting in Sub-‐Type Field.

• Prompts user if an invalid date was entered, and corrects the criteria prior to searching. • Attachment icon on the mini hover. • Option to email a link to contact website after initially saving/activating a search. • Ability to email default Email View for listings in an Xprop results set.



Reports/Printing • Reports containing fields with arithmetic calculations can be displayed and printed. • Date will now be printed at bottom of printed grids. • Print report-‐level headers and footers. • Price Change arrows with color-‐coded prices are now printed on search results grid reports . • Print Booklet and Tabular style reports via PDF. • Print default Full Agent View and Full Public View reports for listings from Cross Property search results. • List and Sell Price fields in listing detail reports can now link to the Mortgage Calculator.

• Print Search Criteria and Statistics when printing grids and reports (printed using PDF format).



Settings • Ability to set personal Favourite reports. Click the ‘Star’ icon beside the Reports pick list or select Tools >

Settings > Favourite Report Views.

• Ability to set personal default for Full Public View reports in Tools > Settings > Search and Report Defaults. This is the report that will be used when printing or emailing from a Cross Property search.



• Ability for agent to modify all their contact information in one screen, via Tools > Settings > My Contact Information. (This feature is optional and may be considered redundant on all-‐Pro sites).

Add/Edit (Listing Maintenance)

• Personal preferences to modify pick-‐list behavior in the Add/Edit input screen: o Auto-‐Expand value list by default – if checked will expand the pick-‐list drop down as the cursor

enters the field. o Auto-‐Filter value lists based on – Options include “Contains” and “Starts With.”



Mapping • Thematic heat maps trend layers1 such as Sales Activity, Median $SqFT, Median Price, Foreclosure Trends,

etc. (Feature depends on availability of data).

• Added dimensions to parcels on map1. Click on the parcel, then click on ‘Estimated Lot Dimensions’ link.



CMA • Ability to make global adjustments to any numeric fields:

o For example, if the Subject Property has three bedrooms you can set bedrooms to be worth $25,000 each and the CMA will automatically adjust all comparables with two bedrooms by +$25,000, those with four bedrooms by -‐$25,000, and any with five bedrooms by -‐$50,000, etc.

o Only numeric fields include the global adjustment option, and adjustments are made only if the subject property has a value to be used as a baseline.

Financial Functions

• List Price and Sell Price fields in listing detail reports can now link to the Mortgage Calculator. • Buyer and Seller Net Sheets have been added to the Tools > Financial Functions menu.

o Email net sheet reports to contacts. o Ability to set default settlement charges using a flat fee, and/or percentage of the sell price or

mortgage. o Buyer and Seller Net Sheets previously created in MLXchange are automatically viewable in

Fusion.



Other Changes • Display and print Price Change indicators on Hotsheet results screen. • Modified the prospecting search expiration notification email so it less resembles a regular prospecting

Tempo5 ActiveX Install Some MLXchange users may experience problems installing the ActiveX Printer control. Some common

issues are: 1. User has older unsupported version of Windows such as Windows XP-‐SP2. Must have Windows XP-‐

SP3 or higher 2. ActiveX Print Control will not install on 64 Bit machines running Internet Explorer (64-‐Bit). Solution is

to use Internet Explorer 32-‐Bit version which comes pre-‐installed on PC’s. 3. User must have Administrator Permission on their PC to install ActiveX controls. 4. Vista and Windows 7 users may need to launch Internet Explorer as administrator. To do this, right-‐

click on Internet Explorer icon and select “Run as administrator”, then login to MLXchange/Tempo5 and try to reinstall the ActiveX control.

5. The ActiveX install process includes Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86). Occasionally this component will not install and therefore prevent the ActiveX control from installing. Two solutions are available to resolve this 3rd issue; Solution 1: Temporarily disable the Enable Memory Protect option in IE. To do this in IE: Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and deselect Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks to disable that feature. Restart IE, and login to MLXchange or Tempo5 and attempt to reinstall the ActiveX control. After a successful, users can re-‐enable the Memory Protection option.

Solution 2: Manually install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) <http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5582>, and download MSXML6.msi from Microsoft MSXML 6 Restart IE, and login to MLXchange and attempt to reinstall the ActiveX control.

In order for the sensitive data fields to be visible the user would have to be logged into MLXchange


Fusion Email Google Chrome has a new feature that allows users to redirect mailto: hyperlinks to Gmail. When a user clicks an email hyperlink in listing details, Gmail opens in the same browser window as Fusion. The problem occurs when clicking the Back button and the user is on the Fusion Home page instead of the listing detail page.
