INNOVATION

The act or process of introducing new ideas, devices, or methods.

Synergy is the creation of a whole that is greater than the simple sum of its parts.

The term synergy comes from the Greek word synergos, meaning “working together”.

CATABOLIC AND ANABOLIC ENERGY

o Catabolic energy = destructive, contracting, resisting energy (cat = down, against)

o Anabolic energy =

constructive, expanding, fueling energy (ana = building, upward)

ANABOLIC or CREATIVE ENERGY

With high anabolic energy, I have a wide ranging view of situations. I begin to see everything as an opportunity.

My core thought is on reconciling and embracing differences, rather than identifying and focusing on trying to change them.
