FUNDRAISER TOOL KIT
You’re now a part of All Saints PTO’s sixth annual walk-a-thon fundraiser, the Shamrock-A-Thon. From
grades K-8th, in a true act of teamwork, amazing students and families like yours are fundraising
together in support of All Saints School.
On Friday, September 20, 2019 students and volunteers will celebrate through a physically active,
fun-filled day. However, you can contribute so much more than just participating in the walk. 100%
of the money you help raise will directly support PTO enrichment programs in technology, science,
music and art, helping to purchase additional classroom materials, a variety of equipment for the
playground, and much more!
This guide contains everything you need to know about the Shamrock-A-Thon and how to make
your fundraising a success.
Thank you for helping our school, one step at a time.
Jenny Munafo Jessica Cannon
All Saints PTO President Shamrock-A-Thon Committee Chairperson
WHAT DATES ARE IMPORTANT?
Aug. 29: The Shamrock-A-Thon kicks off with an all-school pep rally.
Sept. 4: Shamrock-A-Thon pledge sheet and donations turn-in day #1
Sept. 11: Shamrock-A-Thon pledge sheet and donations turn-in day #2

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
100% of the money raised by students will fund the All Saints PTO’s 2019 operating budget. The goal is to raise
$45,000—or $80 per student.
The PTO provides numerous opportunities for All Saints students that, without the money from this fundraiser,
would otherwise not be possible. Therefore, your commitment to the Shamrock-A-Thon’s success is important.

WHAT IS THE SHAMROCK-A-THON?
The Shamrock-A-Thon is a fundraising program for the All Saints PTO. It works in three easy steps:
Ask your friends, family and neighbors for donations that support All Saints School PTO’s
enrichment of your school experience.
Between now and September 20th, turn in your pledges sheets on the turn-in days listed
below and be entered for the chance to win some amazing prizes!
On Friday, September 20th students will dress casually, lace up their shoes and walk 30
minutes for All Saints PTO. There is no set distance.
HOW CAN PARENTS HELP?
For the safety and security of the children, we ask that parents, grandparents, and siblings not come to
watch. Only faculty and volunteers will be allowed at the event with the children. Please look for the Sign Up
Genius link to volunteer to help. Those with additional questions should contact Chairperson, Jessica Cannon
