What Happens when you factor?USA purchases the invoices and funds you up to 80% after you have invoiced yourcustomer. Upon receipt of payment USA deducts any fees and you receive the balance.

Upon approval, USA will provide you a Financial Commitment Letter to submit withyour bids, thus proving financial capability to the contracting officer.

USA will execute an Assignment of Instrument with you and file an Assignment ofClaim on the specific contract with the contracting officer. This will secureUSA’s interest in the receipt of payment for the funding provided.
