In operation since 1977, Pindan has withstood the test of time. A top performer from inception, our focus on conservative growth and diversification translates into stability and security for all who rely on us.
In 2019 Oxley Holdings Ltd, an international publicly listed company, acquired 100% ownership of the Pindan Group.
Pindan offers a comprehensive range of services including funds management, development, design and construction, development management, asset management, project marketing and sales across multiple property sectors.
In order to best serve our clients, our operations span Australia-wide from our head office in Perth to our 8 regional offices throughout Western Australia and state offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Pindan employs around 350 people, matching local knowledge and expertise to create greater opportunities that ensure successful outcomes.
Pindan has performed strongly throughout its history and with an average annual turnover of AUD$500m has seen significant growth in its asset base with Pindan’s brand well recognized and trusted as a symbol of quality and reliability.

As our Group’s AFS-licensed and ASIC-compliant property funds management business, Pindan Capital brings property investors and equity investment with property development and core asset opportunities together under the careful guidance of our experienced senior management team and board.
Pindan Capital has a national focus with offices in Sydney and Perth and has partnered with international, institutional and private investors to raise over AUD$400M of investment funds.
Pindan has a diverse property development and investment portfolio that spans Australia, offering investors a range of investment types, sizes, durations and locations, including:

• Medium density residential grouped dwelling projects
• Residential land subdivisions
• Land rezoning opportunities

Our selective approach to diversification including conservative financial modelling has enabled us to generate solid returns on investment on our current and completed projects. We have structured numerous development investments and property funds to suit investors’ specific needs, and ring-fenced as standalone investments, ensuring their individual integrity.
By combining our proven funds management capability with over 40 years of property development expertise within our group that spans everything from property selection and procurement to planning, design, construction and real estate sales, we aim to deliver on our investor’s expectations.
Pindan Capital and Oxley Holdings co-invest into our property developments, ensuring our interests are closely aligned with external investment and joint venture partners. With the added benefit of an in-house development management team and a dedicated design and construct service to bring projects to fruition, Pindan Capital is a crucial element in building successful property partnerships at Pindan.

CONSTRUCTION IS AT THE HEART OF OUR BUSINESS
Our integrated capabilities extend throughout the property cycle, from development management, realty sales and marketing, to ongoing asset and facilities management.
Development Our Development business provides development and project management expertise and services to every aspect of our property development projects including offering the service to external clients adding another dimension to our group’s suite of integrated, capital-to-completion solutions.
With a proven step-by-step approach, we simplify and streamline the property development process from initial feasibilities, acquisition due diligence and securing finance, through to development planning, design and construction delivery including final issuing of strata titles and facilitating settlements.
Realty Pindan Realty provides a suite of services from project marketing through to residential real estate services. All seamlessly integrated with each other and our development projects, and all complementing our integrated property company capabilities.
Pindan Realty team’s breadth of capability, combined with the depth of in-house expertise ensures that we add value, minimise costs and simplify the property and real estate experience at every stage of the property development, sales and management journey ensuring more successful investment outcomes.
Asset management Rounding out Pindan’s one-stop-shop capabilities is the Asset Management business that provides facilities and maintenance management solutions across Australia. The service complements Pindan’s core construction business by bringing a ‘whole-of-life solution’ to the management of our clients’ assets.
Pindan Asset Management has a current AUD$170M five-year contract to maintain and service 6,000 regonal and remote houses throughout the Pilbara, and Mid-West/Gascoyne for the West Australian Government Department of Communities. The contract sees a dedicated team respond to a daily average of 100 work orders containing around 400 individual operations across a vast geographic area and be on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Since 1977 Pindan has grown to be become a leading integrated property and construction company operating Australia wide.
In 2016, Oxley Holdings Ltd acquired 40% ownership of the Pindan Group and subsequently acquired full ownership in late 2019.
The experience and capital strength of Oxley Holdings supports our expansion based upon solid foundations and decades of skill and expertise with the capital and proven record of successfully delivering major projects.
Oxley Holdings is a Singaporean listed property company with a market capitalisation of over SGD$1.0B and boasts a diversified property development and investment portfolio.
Oxley operates across ten geographical markets including Singapore, the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Cambodia, Malaysia, China, Myanmar, Vietnam and Australia.
The Pindan Group’s highly experienced local Executive continue to manage the day to day operations of the company.
Pindan is led by a dedicated Executive team comprising of key directors of each of its business units.

The same values mean our community, charity and environmental initiatives are part and parcel of life at Pindan.
Engaging with communitiesOur commitment to local communities can be seen in everything we do, from the way we consult with local people so we can design and build in harmony with the environment and community, through to proactively promoting Indigenous employment.
We are particularly proud of our mentorship of fledgling Indigenous businesses into multi-skilled enterprises, which is why many of our projects in remote areas far exceed the 20% Indigenous labour component required.
Supporting local charitiesWe have a long history of working with local charities, such as the Cancer Council, Parkerville Children and Youth Care, Cystic Fibrosis and the Association for the Blind. Since 2007, we’ve raised circa A$1 million through the construction and sale of charity homes and staff fundraising.
From the Red Cross’ corporate blood donation drive, through to donations for crisis relief and Christmas gifts for children in care, giving back is very much part of the fabric of our caring culture at Pindan.
Caring for the environmentJust as we care for local people and communities, we also care for the environment. This commitment is perhaps most obvious in the way we integrate sustainable design features into our buildings to minimise their environmental impact.
However, it’s a commitment that goes beyond our design team. Sustainable work practices are embedded in everything we do. Our sites are managed to ensure minimum impact on the local environment, and we adhere to all statutory and local government requirements, always.
