be supplied if required.• Access to the room is not available prior to function

unless arranged by Management. • Bookings may incur security costs. • All functions need to be finished and out by 12pm.• Room is to be returned to original state at pack up of

function.• Any damages to the room or nonstandard cleaning

will be on costed to the hirer.
