Barefoot Bowls Package

Barefoot bowls is one of Australia’s most enjoyed party and corporate events that caters for all ages and abilities.

By Booking your corporate or special event with us you can sit back and enjoy without the stresses that are associated with planning, running and

ensuring your guest have the time of their lives.

The Barefoot Bowls experience includes:All equipment

Trained events employeeTraining induction to the sport of bowls from our events employee

The use of the Clubs facilitiesSunscreen when on the lawn greens

$15 per person (min 15 pax)

Bookings/ ConfirmationA minimum of 15pax is required for all bookings.Deposit of $100 is required to book in requested date/ time.All bookings will require final confirmation of numbers and catering requirements 7 days in advance of the event date.Payment will reflect numbers as quoted at this time and no reductions to numbers will be accepted.

PaymentPayment of balance is required 7 days prior to your event.Payment can be made via cash, credit card, eftpos or direct deposit.

Food & BeverageAll catering must be ordered via the Clubs Functions Coordinator and any food changes or cancellations must be made 7 days prior to event date otherwise full payment will apply. Dietary requirements will be required at time of confirmation.Tailored beverage packages available on request.

CapacityA minimum of 15 people is required to do catering for dependent upon staffing and availabilty.The Club can cater for groups in excess of 60 depending on the availability of the greens.

EntertainmentGuest can bring their own Music iPod but no offensive lyrics will be tolerated.Responsible program music must be kept under a controlled limit at all times.

Function FacilitiesFunction rooms are available for inside catering after your event (cost’s associated) or enjoy your food & beverages on the greens at our designated area’s.

Club Sign-in / MembershipAs the Club is regulated by the registered clubs act a sign-in procedure is mandatory, so please ensure all guest bring along the appropriate identification (Drivers Licence, Passport or Proof of Age card).It is also important to note that guest must obey all club rules Including age, alcohol and gaming policies.

Social Membership Prices$5, valid for 12 months ending each financial year.

Cancellation FeeCancellation must be made before 7 days prior to the event date.If cancellation is made prior 7 days, a full refund of the deposit will be eligible.

• Flat Soled shoe, thongs, caregoot are ok. Heels and shoes with tread will damage the greens

• Please do not sit on the edge of the green. By placing your feet on the edge causes the greens wear unnecessary, seats are the best place to sit.

• Please deliver bowls smoothly. Bowls must not be thrown in the air, dropped or dumped int othe green.

• Driving (delivering of bowls at speed) is not permitted. It can cause serious damage to the bowls, your ankles, feet, people and the green.

• Please do not drink or eat on the greens. As both can damage the grass and broken glass is dangerous to bare feet and machinery.

• The greens take alot of time to prepare and are expensive to maintain, so please treat them with care for future use by all.
