CleanArc® Mobile Fume Extraction Systems

CleanArc M100 MOBILE FILTER UNITCleanArc M100 mobile filter unit is a compact fume extraction and filtering unit designed for efficiently filtering the welding fume in environments where welding is performed. Since the air that is output from the unit is respirable clear air, it can be conveniently used especially in processes being performed locally in facilities such as welding, cutting and polishing of metal, ceramic and plastic parts that produces intense fume and dust after the process.

In case minor sparks are extracted during processes such as welding and grinding, fire risk is prevented thanks to spark arrester located before the main filter unit.

Since the main body, which is manufactured as monoblock from a highly durable material, and other metallic equipment are painted with powder coating, CleanArc M100 filtering unit system will provide long service life by making no concessions to its durability.

CleanArc M100 also indicates the user for replacing the filter through its built-in filter warning system and operating hours counter.

CleanArc M100, which can be equipped with 2 or 3 meters fume extraction arms, is manufactured from steel material as a standard and is sold together with highly durable self supporting type CleanArc extraction arms. In addition, it can also be equipped with CleanArc ECO 160 extraction arms as a more affordable option.

CleanArc Maxi 200 are the self supporting arms that can be used in intense industrial applications without requiring maintenance for many years. These units can be used for extracting welding fumes, grinding and polishing wastes and oil based fumes from the environment. All controls for adjusting the location of arm during operation are located outside and no other additional part is required.
