ECOSAFE WASHER
WHAT IS THE ECOSAFE WASHER
The EcoSafe Washer is a water based (non solvent) parts cleaner that employs a process known as Bioremediation, engaging microbes to break down grease and dirt on parts into non-toxic substances such as water and trace of carbon dioxide.
The microbes are freeze dried into the Ozzy filter mats and when the warm OzzyJuice passes through the filter the microbes come alive to start eating the greaseand dirt suspended in the Ozzy Juice. Over time the microbe colonies, so long asthey are kept warm, continue to expand, and as filter mats are changed more microbes are introduced. This ensures that the effectiveness of the cleaning solution never drops away.

ALSCO MANAGED RENTAL SERVICE
The Alsco Rental Package ensures the EcoSafe Washer is working 100% all the time, avoiding disruption to your busy work schedule.
Alsco Technician will look after replenishment of consumables and maintenance of the EcoSafe Washer.
The following services will be performed by Alsco Technician weekly :-
Topping up Ozzy Juice due to splash off and evaporation, up to 8 litres per month.
Removing filter layers (every week) and replacing the filter pack (every 4 weeks).
Checking fluid temperature.
Checking pump operation.
Wiping down the unit.
Replacing brush as and when required.
In the unlikely circumstances that a unit malfunctions, there are diagnostic LED lights so that theproblem can be easily identified (e.g. element, pump or low fluid). In such event, you can phoneour service Helpline and we will respond within 24-hour to service the unit.
2) PURCHASE PLUS
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR CONSUMABLES AND PARTS
Purchase the EcoSafe Washer at full price without the service package. You have to service and maintain the unit yourself, and purchase parts and consumables from Alscoas and when required.

Purchase the EcoSafe Washer and the service package for 36 months at attractive discounted price.
1. When the use of Ozzy Juice exceeds the quota of 8 litres per month.2. When the change of filter is more than one pack every 4 weeks.3. When the Ozzy Juice and/or filter pack become contaminated due to inappropriate use.4. When the unit is left off for more than 24 hours and the filter needs to be replaced.5. When the unit is damaged, abused, vandalized or lost.
