UltraPOST™

UltraPOST™ is a technological breakthrough in

post design which has again resulted in a unique

lightweight product that has comparable performance

characteristics to the 102x44 and 100x50 hot rolled

products used in traditional palisade systems.

UltraPOST’s aesthetic design maintains the

appearance of traditional RSJ posts but offers many

advantages :

• Pierced at bottom of post to key into concrete

• Lightweight construction for ease of handling without loss of strength.

Using our unique cold roll forming expertise,

Ultrafence is the first complete cold rolled fencing

system where every component has been specifically

designed to optimise strength to weight ratio. The

innovative UltraFENCE™ system is stronger yet

more economical than traditional palisade systems.

As a result of extensive research and development,

the UltraFence system has been designed around the

stringent requirements of BS1722 Part 12 : 2006.

2.1, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.6 metre heights.

In addition non standard fence configurations can be

manufactured for specific requirements.

NB: UltraPOST™ is available up to and including 3

metre max.

UltraRAIL™

UltraRAIL™ is a unique lightweight palisade rail that

is both stronger and lighter than 90 degree hot rolled

angles used in traditional palisade systems.

The aesthetic design and strength of UltraRAIL offers

many advantages:

• Anti-Grab security tags to top rail to discourage intruders from utilising the top rail to assist climbing.*

• Sloping top to deter intruders from gaining a foothold to assist climbing

• Reduced sag, as seen on traditional rails, eliminates the need for anti-sag legs

• Reduced risk of Anti-vandal fixings being tampered with

• Standard fish plate connections

• Lightweight construction for ease of handling without loss of strength.

The patented design of the UltraSECURE™ fencing

System offers heightened levels of defence against

the four most common breaches:

• UltraSECURE™ panels deter the use of hack-saws as intruders have to cut the whole of the panel to gain entry

• UltraSECURE™ panels are fixed securely in place to help prevent fence pales being levered apart

• Rail to post fixings are hidden by the

UltraSECURE™ panels to avoid tampering

• UltraSECURE™ panels strengthen the framework of fence and therefore reduce the opportunity to bend pales.

In addition to being light in weight and easy to fix,

UltraSECURE™ utilities a unique slot fixing that has been designed to provide a raking installation that conventional mesh fencing systems find difficult to achieve therefore eliminating the need for stepping of individual bays.

Perforated in fill panels are supplied Polyester Powder Coated only.

Solid in fill panels can be supplied either Polyester Powder Coated or galvanised.

UltraSECURE™ A revolutionary fencing system

UltraSECURE™ is the first fencing system of its

kinds. The system features unique steel slats fixed

between each pale providing an extremely strong and

secure perimeter.

The system is available in two forms, solid for

applications requiring total privacy or perforated

UltraPALE™

Designed with the

optimum efficiency of

material in mind, UltraPALE incorporates our unique

patented bolt head protection which eliminates the

opportunity to breach the fence by removing the

heads of the fixing bolts with a chisel.

The edges of the profile are finished with a neat

return edge that provides further strength and safety

along the edges of the pale making it ideal for use

around schools etc.
