Fullness & Self-Care WorksheetThe goal of this sheet is to check in and do inquiry about how you feel and get clear about what you want to say yes or no to and what self-care is non-negotiable. You might decide that you want to go to events on the weekend, but you won’t stay past 2 hours because then you won’t have time for that walk with the dog in the morning or grounding and journaling at night.

How am I doing/feeling? Can I be with this?

How/What do I think is pulling on me (internally or externally?)

What is a NO? What is a YES? Self-Care List

Feel rushed/stressed/a little check out. Yes, these feelings feel disorienting. I didn’t eat enough, and this makes me even more tired and irritable and frustrated that I didn’t pay attention to myself.

There was shopping to do for more people; it felt like an obligation. I felt guilt for not wanting to spend more but also tired from the week and didn’t want to be in the stores.

I don’t want to buy for people that I barely know, so NO, I don’t have to listen to the voice in my head that says I have to (no one is making me) Being out after work.

Valuing myself as much as I want others to be happy.

In this case, it is spending the time after work to go on a slow walk that I can feel is slowing me down, so I can feel and think. This week I will plan my time each day to check in with my body before I get out of bed and then throughout the day for hunger and fullness and then choose a minimum of 1 per day:Check in again about how I want to choose to spend my, do art, lavender bath, put my feet in the grass, call a friend AND not cross it out of my day if something pulls at me.

Hi, I’m Tracy, somatic nutrition therapist, registered licensed dietitian and attuned eating coach in private practice providing in-person, phone and on-line counseling since 2006.
