Please provide a detailed assessment of the applicants academic qualificationsand potential. Where possible, please comment specifically on the feasibility of the applicants project in terms of the ability of the applicant to carry out the project,the proposed timeline and methodology, along with the suitability of the intended host institution. Please also keep in mind that the applicant will be serving as acitizen representing Canada and that personal suitability, as well as academic excellence, is an important criterion to be considered.3.
