Index (SPI) which will help them know what they can achieve and bridge the gap between desire & aspiration. Students will also get

suggestions to plug loopholes so that they can plan their study schedule and improve upon their shortcomings to perform to their

optimum on the Competitive Entrance Exam day.

Students of each of the Classes V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI securing a Rank in Top 500 will get a Certificate of Achievement and

will also get Online Doubt Removal Support to help them in their preparation, even without joining FIITJEE.

Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided on the basis

of combined performance in Paper 1 (60% weightage) & Paper 2 (40% weightage) and subject to scoring above minimum

cut-off marks in each subject of both Papers. Students must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become eligible for

Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers.

In case of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance in

the Paper and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

Schools can encourage their Students to appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam & win laurels for the School as well as Subject

Teachers.

Every School Principal has the exclusive privilege to recommend a maximum of 21 Students (3 Students each from Class V, VI,

VII, VIII, IX, X & XI) and FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam registration fee will be waived off for these recommended Students.

In case a very big school, with a large number of talented Students is desirous of recommending more than 21 Students, then

itshouldcontactthenearestFIITJEEcentreinwriting.ThefinaldiscretioninthiscasewillremainwiththerespectiveFIITJEE

In addition, a Best School Shield will also be awarded to the School which gives the best performance by its Students in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam in a particular zone.

The Best School Shield will be awarded to the school accumulating maximum points in its corresponding zone as per the following point system :

• For every Gold Medal won by a Student - 5 points

• For every Silver Medal won by a Student - 3 points

• For every Bronze Medal won by a Student - 1 point

Principal of the “Best School Shield” winner School will also be awarded a shield.

All awards will be given in a ceremony presided by acclaimed dignitaries and Press / Media.

Online Registration : www.fiitjeeonline.in

1. First of all an account (a parent or a Studnet account) has to be created. If student is registering himself / herself, create a student account

and if parent / Guardian is doing a registration for his / her ward, please create a parent account. A parent can register more than one child

from his / her account.

2. If you are already enrolled in a FIITJEE program, please click ‘Add Enrollment Number’ link to add your Enrollment Number. If you are found

eligible for a waiver, the system will calculate your Registration Fee accordingly.

3. Updatetheprofileofthestudentyouwishtoregister.

4. Clickon‘NewRegistration’LinkandfillthedetailslikeTest/ExamName,Date,Centreandotherrelevantfields.

5. Choose one of the following fee payment options (If the fee payable is not zero)

i. Direct Payment on Website using (Master / Visa) Credit / Debit Card – You can use any bank’s Credit / Debit card which is enabled for

online transaction. Your Hall ticket will be issued instantaneously. You can also download it at a later stage from the past registration

sections on the website.

ii. Online Funds Transfer (NEFT) - If you choose this payment option, the website will generate a unique account number for you, where

you have to transfer funds using NEFT. Your Hall ticket will be emailed to you within one hour of receiving the funds in FIITJEE’s account.

You can also download your Hall ticket at a later stage from the ‘past registration’ section given on the website. Please note that after

a successful funds transfer it may take up to one working day for the funds to be credited in FIITJEE’s account.

ii. Funds Transfer (NEFT) through Any Bank Branch – If you do not have the facility of making an online NEFT transfer, you can approach

the nearest branch of any Bank and request them to transfer funds in FIITJEE’s account number uniquely generated for you. Generally,

all banks offer this facility but it is recommended that you approach a bank / branch where you or your parent’s have an account. Please

note that after a successful funds transfer it may take up to one working day for the funds to be credited in FIITJEE’s account.

iv. Cash / DD Deposit at a FIITJEE Centre – If you choose this as payment option, you can take a printout of your Application Form

Note 1 : Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided on the basis

of combined performance in Paper 1 (60% weightage) & Paper 2 (40% weightage) and subject to scoring above minimum

cut-off marks in each subject of both Papers. Students must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become eligible for

Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers.

In case of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance

in the Paper and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

Note 2 : ThefinaldiscretionofawardofCashScholarships,FeeWaiversforFIITJEEprograms&HostelFeeWaiversineachcasewillremain

Note 4 : For Class VIII (going to IX in 2015) Students joining Four Year Program, 30% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal

quarterly installments and disbursed in Class IX & X from April 2015 to March 2017 and rest 70% of Total Cash Scholarship will

be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed in Class XI & XII from April 2017 to March 2019.

Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in Phase Tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility

Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 will be entitled for Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE program and monthly Hostel Fee

Waivers during the Program. The course fee already paid for Rankers Study Material will not be adjusted or refunded.

Note 14 : Any Student studying at FIITJEE can avail only one scholarship (including Cash Scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exam

etc.) during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. Once a Student enrolls in a FIITJEE Program

through FIITJEE’s Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. and he / she reappears in any future FIITJEE’s Test then he / she will

not be eligible to claim any Scholarship through the latter Test. However, Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement in KVPY /

Olympiads / NTSE / JSTSE / MTSE / SSTSE / X Board / XII Board will remain applicable, but the Student can only claim the Scholarship

higher amongst the two - i.e. either the Scholarship based on FIITJEE’s Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. OR the Scholarship

based on Scholastic Achievement (already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same).

Note 15 (a): The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is atNewDelhi. All disputes and differences of any naturewith regard to the FTRE,

subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and

Statutorymodificationthereofandrulesmadethereunder.Theawardofthearbitratorshallbefinal&binding.Thearbitratorso

appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons

of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - Student / parents / guardian

& FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrollment

& studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy

redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.

Note 15 (b): Subject to 15 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / New Delhi Courts only.

General Terms & Conditions

Note 1 : No Student can appear in FIITJEE admission test (including FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam) more than twice in one academic year.

IfanyStudentappearsforthethirdtimehis/herapplicationwillbedisqualifiedbeforetheadmissiontestorevenifidentified

after taking admission his / her enrollment can be cancelled and fee deposited will be forfeited. FIITJEE can also take legal action

against such Student and his / her guardian.

Note 2 : In case a Student reappears in FIITJEE test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab so that he / she

Taking the initiative of helping the economically underprivileged to a larger level, in the year 2008, FIITJEE constituted FORTUNATE

40 – A program to provide world-Class training to serious Students from financially weaker backgrounds to achieve their goal of

success & Top Ranks in IIT-JEE and Other Competitive Exams.

The program will financially support capable Students presently studying in Class VIII (going to IX) & Class X (going to XI) whose

total parental income is less than Rs. 10,000/- per month. FIITJEE will support these meritorious Students in their preparation

for achieving their dream goal by awarding 100% scholarships for FIITJEE programs & 100% waivers on hostel charges. For

Integrated School Program the school fee will be charged from the Student (at some locations scholarship on school fee

may also be awarded). The FORTUNATE 40 batch for each program, at each location, will have a maximum of 40 Students

only. Students will have to appear for a selection test on 8th February, 2015. There is no registration fee for the selection

test. To be eligible for the FORTUNATE 40 batch, Students have to clear the individual subject cut-offs & also the grand total

cut-off. Selected Students will be notified and admitted to the program with 100% scholarships.

The final discretion on award of scholarship in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on

the candidate.

1. The Student should be presently studying in Class VIII / X and be an aspirant of JEE Advanced, 2019 / JEE Advanced,

2017.

2. Student should be from Central Government School, State Government school for under privileged section of society

for example Students studying in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Schools. The total parental income should be less than Rs.

10,000/- per month.

Other Students (studying in public / private schools) may also apply, however their application will be considered on case

to case basis and on the discretion of the management.

Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance and subject to scoring above minimum
