Micro Powder Air Classifier
■ The submicron powder or particles is classified by the differences between Centrifugal force and fluid drag.
■ It can be classifed the powder and partilces at the range of 0.5 to 50 micron meter.
■ Very shape classification (1.3 ~ 1.82 = D75 / D25)Can be achieved.
■ Classification Point can be easily managed by adjusting the rotor R.P,M

■ Process(A) High speed Air, to work for dispersing & classification, is
introduced into the dispersing zone, through the space between rotor and
rotor ring.
(B) The material (powder) is getting into the 360 degrees round dispersing zone,
and then, dispersed by the high speed air.
(C) The material is classied by the centrifugal force, which is directed
outside, and the high speed air, which is directed inside.
(D) The fine particles, classified through the process, will be carried to the center of
the rotor, and then go to the cylone or bag filters through the fine powder
discharding outlet.
(E) The larger or aggregated paraticles dispersed again, or finer paticles on
the aggregated partiles are separated, in classification zone outside
(F) Large (coarse) particles are sent to the inner wall of the outer rotor ring, and
discharged through large particles outlet of the rotor ring

■ Principles of Separation
THE PRE-TREATENT LIQUID (SUSPENSION) IS FED VIA THE FEED PIPE INTO THE BOWL, WHICH IS REVOLVING AT HIGH SPEED.
THE CENTRIFUGAL FORCE EXERTED ON THE LIQUID AS IT FORMS A REVOLVING RING INSIDE THE BOWL, IS ENORMOUS; AS MUCH AS 3500 TIMES THE FORCE OF GRAVITY (3500 X G). THIS MASSIVE CENTRIFUGAL FORCE CAUSES THE SOLID PARTICLES WITH A HIGH DENSITY PRESENT IN THE LIQUID TO QUICKLY PRECIPITATE, SO THAT TWO SEPARATE LAYERS, ONE OF SOLID PARTICLES AND ONE OF CLEARED LIQUID, ARE FORMED ON THE INNER WALL OF THE BOWL.

THE MECHANISM ALLOWS THE CONTINUOUSLY SUPPLIED PRE-TREATMENT LIQUID TO BE CONTINUOUSLY SEPARATED, AND THE SEPARATED SOLIDS AND CLEARED LIQUID TO BE DISCHARGED FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE OUTLET.
THE CLEARED LIQUID AND SOLID PARTICLES SEPARATED ARE CONTINUOUSLY DISCHARGED FROM THE EQUIPMENT.
FOR THE DISCHARGE OF THE SEPARATED CLEARED LIQUID, A DISCHARGED OUTLET (A) LOCATED AT THE WIDE END OF THE BOWL PROVIDES AN OVERFLOW FOR THE LIQUID UNDER CENTRIFUGAL PRESSURE.

Basic System Configuration
■ JET MILL GRINDING SYSTEM
The raw materials are carried into the Jet Mill by the Feeder and supplied to the Grinding Chamber through the FeedingNozzle.
Pressurized Air or Gas from the Compressor is regulated by the Receiver Tank, and sent to the Grinding Chamber through the Nozzles.
Raw materials are caught up in the high-speed airflow, and ground into nanometer-sized particles by friction, and by the impact caused by the collision of particles.
The particles with lower weight gather in the center of the vortex, and are sucked up in the high-speed airflow and sent to the Cyclone, where relatively larger size of the processed material is separated into the container.
Finer particles, which can not be seized at the Cyclone, are carried into the Bag Filter, and screened at filters. Air passes through filters, and discharged outside.

The Ultrasonic Processor Nano Forming System was developed and designed by Hielscher (Germany), the specialized manufacturer of high power ultrasonic equipment, for the dispersion, emulsifying, nano forming ,crushing, pulverizing, degassing, & others.
Wide range of modes, from compact laboratory equipment to large-scale equipment, are proposed and can be offered to the industries such as the food, chemical and electronics, magnetic materials and others.
Without using the media for dispersing and grinding, and using ultrasonic cavitation effects, the slurry is effectively processed for necessary nano particles forming without contaminations.
Operation in batch system, continuous processing system from laboratory Beaker test level to large scaled industrial production stage can be available,
