days or forvard the same with reasons for non-redressal of grievances to Desk

2, MAITR: Cell in 3 days through the online system. ii. Desk 2, MAITRI Cell shall function as the second level of the grievance

redressal framework. The Desk 2, MAITRI Cell shall either redress the

grievance in 3 days from the receipt of grievance or forward the same to

Chairman, MAITRI Cell in 3 days through the online system with the reasons

r non-redressal of grievance at their level. iv. The Chairman, MAITRI Cell shall function as the third level of the grievance

redressal framework. The Chairman, MAITRI Cell shall either redress the

grievance in 4 days from the receipt of grievance or forward the same to the concerned Secretary of the administrative department within 4 days through

the online system.

The concerned Secretary of administrative department shall funcion as the final point of the grievance redressal framework and shall redress the

grievance within 5 days from the receipt of grievance through the online system.
