Each person over the age of 18 must provide a police clearance certificate for each country they have lived in for 12 months or more

16Photo Requirements:Supply six (6) photos of each member of your family and yourself. Follow the instructions listed in Appendix A attached.

17Processing Fee:

You must obtain and International Money Order/Draft from a bank made payable to Receiver General for Canada. The fee must total as follows:

CAD550 for each adult included in your application CAD150 for each child included in your application

Example: a family of 2 adults and one child would have a cheque/draft for the amount of CAD1,250.00Original
