The Executive Bachelor in Esports Management

is jointly designed by North Borneoa University College and

FSA Esports Management Academy to prepare students for

working in the business of esports management.

The in-depth knowledge sharing and hands-on experiences

with industry experts, graduates will be ready for careers in the

business world of esports. Our facilitators are industry experts

come from a variety of backgrounds, including marketing,

public relation, event management, team management and

esports team owner.

Jeffery ChanBusiness Development, ESL Asia

Jeffery has been involved in the esports industry since 2012, starting off as just-another-passionate-player, who soon decided to dive deep into esports full time with the Kuala Lumpur Hunters - Malaysia's longest standing League of Legends professional team.

Jeffery has a vast experience in esports as he managed multiple startups projects such as Fire Dragoon, FrostFire, and AirAsia Saiyan. After a long stint with pro teams, he is now involved in organising esports tournament with ESL Malaysia.


Mervyn has been known as one of the pioneer in the esports industry in the region. Dedicate his entire childhood to youth into gaming and esports, venture into game publishing since 2006 and spent 6 years with Garena before enterprising.

He is definitely a part that shape the landscape of esports in the country and early adopter into mobile esports. Co-founded MSL, TiltReport and AirAsia Saiyan.

Clement HuiEsports Director, Pantheon

A rising star in esports industry with his young and brilliant ideas in esports industry. He has been growing together with the Pantheon since the beginning and has greatly assisted the Pantheon in moving in the right direction.

Muhammad Farouq, also known as "FLAVA" in the international world of esports, is a 1st class honor graduate in the American Degree Program (ADP) in Upper Iowa University, Majoring in Communications and Psychology, and the Head of Communications of the national esports association of Malaysia called Esports Malaysia (ESM).

Starting his esports career in early 2012 as a commentator and shoutcaster in Malaysia, he has worked alongside world-renowned talents such as Tobi Dawson (Tobiwan), David Parker (GodZ), Owen Davies(ODPixel), Jorien van der Heijden (Sheever) and many others. Now, he is engaged as a full-time professional esports speaker, advisor, host, and emcee, and aspires to bring theMalaysia esports scene forward in the right direction.

Tiffani “Oling” Lim aka “Babyoling” is a renowned esports personality based in Malaysia. She made a name for herself since 2014 as an outspoken DOTA 2 community figure & team manager, and moved on to become an on-screen game analyst, esports columnist, competitive player & brand ambassador, with over 80,000 combined followers on social media.

Oling is also an esports consultant, currently working at Battle Arena Malaysia as the Head of Marketing & PR. She also holds the position of pro-tem Vice President of the Malaysian Esports Players Association (MESPA).

Matthew Chan started his esports journey as a player and soon found his passion in the industry in pro team management and also game commentary (shoutcasting). Two-time caster of the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) in 2018 & 2019 and the FreeFire World Cup 2019, he is currently with SEA's largest esports organisation, EVOS Esports.

KEVINWONG YEW JOONManaging Director, Wulf Esports Team Owner,Yoodo Gank

Also known as Kevo, is famously known for his brand GANK which he launched back in 2017 as an apparel and fashion brand which revolves around the Esports community and the professional PUBG Mobile team, Yoodo Gank, which he groomed and made it a winning formula.

Now, Kevin is managing at the helm of Wulf Esports, an esports management company which provides and handle all verticals of esports from team ownership, talent management, to event organization and running marketing campaigns.

A passionate esports enthutiast and a middleman between finance and marketing. With 10 years working experience in AirAsia, Ambank and Entropia, Teoh has developed flexibility and sense of commercial to seek for potential revenues in new frontiers.


Benny TehCouncil Member,Perak Esports Council

Spending most of his childhood in Ipoh who is known for it's laid back environment and retirement lifestyle yet my passion for esports and gaming has never waiver throughout the years. From hawker to esports advocate.

�Acting as CEO for Ipohnex Esports Consultancy and a council member for Perak Esports Council notably masterminded the first esports conference back in March which also known as EPIC2019. Currently expanding business throughout ASEAN region for the esports industry.

JACK NEO

Jack Neo is a performance coach with great interest in areas of scientific research pertaining to human performance. From psychology, video games to strength and conditioning, Jack has worn many different hats in the sporting arena. Next to working with competitive athletes preparing for competition, Jack is pursuing his Masters in Kinesiology in Shanghai University of Sport. While he’s not strapped to electrodes conducting brain research, Jack can be found at the gym and regards himself as an efficient lugger of heavy things, including himself.
