Mission
We mainly study the postharvest physiology and pathology of fruit and vegetables . We have done much research on mango, pear, banana, peach and coriander and published a number of scientific papers.

The postharvest disease of fruit and vegetables.
Analysis of protease activity in fruit and vegetables.
Analysis of polyphenoloxidase and peroxidase activity in different fruit and vegetables.

Professor Jiangweibo Jiangweibo is the vice-dean of College of Food Science an
d Nutritional Engineering in China Agricultural University.
Jiangweibo has a Bachelors degree in Agronomy and a Masters degree in Horticulture from the Agricultural University in Beijing, and a Ph.D. degree from the Jerusalem University , Israel, and completed the postdoctoral research in Agricultural Department of Israel.
Jiangweibo published a number of scientific papers in international journals and presented at various international conferences around the world.
