FROST: A WORK IN PROGRESS

Our vision and focus is to provide a broad platform of architectural elements that both inspire and provide

comprehensive design and application solutions.

Our Danish culture of progressive contemporary design is conveyed through our products in a manner that blends

design with function, creativity with solutions. Frost embraces the concept that Form is nothing without Function.

Emphasis has been also placed on material, quality, and service.

Frost has been the recipient of International Design Awards and have realized that our company is a Work In Progress

that we attribute to the ongoing dialogue with architects worldwide that have been embraced as part of our company’s

culture. Frost is more than a company: it is a vision and quest for excellence.

THE BUKTO STANDS

The BUKTO is a free standing system for hanging clothes without the need of a wall to mount hooks or other wardrobe

hardware, wheels are also available offering greater flexibility.

The clothes stands are made in two widths, 600 and 1000mm, to fit into any store, hallway or dressing room.

In addition BUKTO table stands are available offering a quick and easy to set-up table - all you need to add is your

favourite tabletop.

The BUKTO stands are all made from steel and a powder coated finish applied, either black or white.

THE UNU SYSTEM

The UNU System encompasses small finished furnishing products for wardrobes, hallways and living rooms. The edging

profile, characteristic of the series, bestows a slender and elegant look while providing endless possibilities for a

well-defined and complete expression.

The UNU System is made from solid 4mm aluminium bend and a powder coated finish applied, either black or white.

The UNU Shelf System is based on aluminium shelves, all available in either 600 or 100mm lengths.

In addition there is a special small shelf measuring 150x150x150mm as well as a magazine / shoe shelf and book

supports in three different sizes to match the three different heights of the shelves.

The UNU Wardrobe System also comes in the lenghts 600 and 1000mm, and in addition a smaller 200mm version is

available. The hooks and the chromed hanger bar completes the range for a complete wardrobe system.

Since both the UNU shelves and the wardrobes are mounted on the same wall bracket, all items can be mixed and

matched to suit your requirements, the shelves may even be turned upside down - The UNU System is truly a modular

system.

The BUKTO Stands and the UNU Systems are designed by Bønnelycke mdd.

BØNNELYCKE MDD

Bønnelycke mdd was established in 1988. Driven by an unsurpressable urge to work constructively and innovatively,

Henrik Bønnelycke started his career with the design of lamps, furniture and interior decorating.

Quickly, he became known as an unconventional architect with no whims and fancies.

His ability to challenge and optimise the manufacturing process itself is to be found in Henrik’s original professional

background as a toolmaker.

“It could be fun” and “off course it can be done” - are phrases often used in his company.

This has resulted in a comprehensive portfolio of projects and designs - spectacle frame design, racing boats, lighting,

furniture and buildings to name a few - several of them award winning and patented designs.

Bønnelycke mdd is truly a multi disciplinary design company with both national and international experience.

They are perfectionists with professional curiosity, and provide a wide variety of design disciplines encompassing

architecture and interior design, furniture design and product design to communication assignments, graphic design

and web design.

At Bønnelycke mdd they do not design for the sake of it.

They believe that design does not hold any values per se. To Bønnelycke, the value of a design emerges when a product

has relevance and when it is purchased, used and appreciated - this is why they design.
