Sheboygan Chapter • July/August 2016 www.wimiwi.org • [email protected]. From the President A new WIMI year……wow…how time flies. I am super excited to stay on as President for another year…..I can’t wait to see the new ideas come to light! 2015/2016 was a good year for WIMI. We had some awesome speakers, socials, and a whole lot of networking. I encourage all of us to do even more networking in the coming year. With the implantation of the Member of the Year Award, this is your time to really get engaged on actions, network more, and enjoy all your opportunities that WIMI brings to you. The board of directors (though a wonderful group of women who can tackle world hungry at this point) want your help…. requesting your help…..anywhere, anytime you want to offer it. Reach out to any of us! I would also like to state that the Board of Directors meetings are not closed meetings, any member is welcome to attend. You can hear the awesomeness (is that a real word) for yourself, add to the conversation, and sometimes….just SOMETIMES we have a laugh or two! Meetings are held at noon on the first Monday of the Month at Holidays. Thank you to all current members for allowing me to serve you another year…… AND…..a thank you to the entire board for all the diligence and time you put into all the activities and programs that are scheduled…without members or a BOD, what would we be….lunch buddies? :-) Warm Regards, Christine Quackenboss President [email protected]
