Responsibility, cost-effectiveness and environmen-tal friendliness are important parts of our business.Annually, we recycle 170,000 tonnes of animal by-products to re-usable raw materials and the excess heat energy released in the production process is utilized for heating process facilities and local gardens.

We comply with the laws and regulations set by the EU and the Finnish authorities. Together with various research institutes, we are actively partici-pating in the research and development of circular economy procedures and are constantly working to make our processes more organic and sustainable. This way we also take part in the fight against animal diseases and environmental risks.
