Healthy Merits consists of three levels of progressive intensityand engagement, so employers may enter the program atthe level best fit to their employee population.

n The foundational "Walk" level helps introduce employees to wellness.

n "Jog" is an intermediate level for employees that are more comfortable with wellness. "Jog" also gives employers the opportunity to address additional health risks.

n "Run," the advanced level of Healthy Merits, allows employers to take the program further with unlimited access to lifestyle coaching and online incentive tracking.

As part of Healthy Merits, employers will work alongside awellness plan strategist to create a progressive plan,introducing campaigns to meet evolving population needs.

In addition, a biometric screening-only program is availablefor employers taking their first step toward wellness.
