Cindy is a nurse, an educator, and also a breast cancer survivor, so she brings a unique perspective on the subject of breast health. Please plan to attend; this can be a life-saving presentation. Hostesses for the event, which will take place in the lounge, are Linda Steingrabe and Elaine McJilton.

What is West Hill Ministries? It is a neighborhood ministry outreach to children, youth, their families, and senior citizens. It is comprised of Christians from various churches, both in the West Hill area and beyond, who unite in efforts to serve our community and to address spiritual needs as well as physical.

West Hill Ministries also provides several free Senior Citizen luncheons throughout the year, with the next one being

their Thanksgiving Luncheon. This luncheon will be held on November 10th with Rev. and Mrs. Richard Roberts from First United Methodist Church providing the musical program. Reservations are required. Call 724-347-7261 to make reservations or request transportation.

At this service, names of loved ones who have passed on to eternal life will be remembered. All Saints Day is an important Holy Day in the church calendar.

If you wish to have loved ones remembered, please send your All Saints Day offering along with a list of those to be remembered at the All Saints Day Service on Sunday, November 7. Please send in your names to the parish offi ce no later than Tuesday, November 2.
