To the Coalition for the Rule of Law,
I am in a dialogue with a misguided Twitter account named
Raven Quest does not believe that I have been telling you the truth. I will make this very simple. Yes, Raven Quest, I have been telling you and the rest of the world the truth. I worked in the World Bank's legal department for 21 years, got to know everybody, and they got to know me. The place was corrupt, and I did not accept that and worked together with all the countries and the whistleblowers in all the countries. Then I started working with the people in the world's militaries that were not corrupt. They gave me a very big responsibility because all this time I made it clear that I knew I was working for everybody and that we are all in this together.
Now I am going to give you a copy of my conversation with Raven Quest, and I am going to show you a conversation with two crooks working for the Banking Cartel . One of the crooks, Tiburcio Villamor Marcos Tagean IV, claimed that all the world's authorities would punish me, and ordered Interpol to arrest me. Tiburcio Villamor Marcos Tagean IV, along with the rest of the Banking Cartel, is lying that the Banking Cartel is entitled to the world's wealth in the Global Debt Facility. The Global Debt Facility is a trust that contains the world's wealth, and is managed by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF.
The fact is that Raven Quest is a shill working for the Banking Cartel. The world's wealth belongs to all of humanity and not the Banking Cartel, or the Black Nobility at the center of the Banking Cartel. I am allowed to speak for the Global Debt Facility on behalf of humanity. I represent the US in the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF.
I am going to end with a statement that I made in one of my tweets: "Somebody has to do what I am doing, and that is why I am doing it."

It is irrelevant whatever Tiburcio Villamor Marcos Tallano Tagean IV sends me, because his father was a very good lawyer, and protected humanity's assets from theft by using the Statute of Limitations. If people claiming something have not proven their claim after 50 years, they are not allowed to keep on trying because the proof is not reliable.

The tweet that I prepared for you this morning was erased from my computer. It may show up again,
in which case I will publish it later. I am going to make the Banking Cartel wish that they hadn't
erased my tweet, so I am going to tell you something important.
Usually the Banking Cartel tries something very sneaky whenever we make good progress. So this
morning they sent me an email asking me a question that would make everyone think I was conceited.
