Disc Golf Etiquette

Pace of play – Keep up with the group ahead of you. There should be no more than a half a hole open at a time.

Wait your turn – The player furthest from the hole is the first to play. From the Tee Box the student with the lowest score on the previous hole will start.

Don’t distract other players,

rather encourage them. Keep your own score.

Disc Golf Rules

The object of the game is to complete each hole in the fewest number of throws. To begin, the disc is thrown from the tee area toward the target. As a player progresses down the fairway, he or she must make each consecutive shot from the spot where the previous throw has landed.

The trees, shrubs, and terrain changes located in and around the fairways provide challenging obstacles for the golfer. When you have hit the target you will count the total number of throws, plus any penalties, and proceed to the next hole. At the end of the course, the player with the fewest total throws is the winner.
