Friends, It’s hard to believe that 2017 is almost over. We’ve had an amazing year, watching God continue to work in building the lives of business leaders, their teams and their families. What’s even more amazing is what he continues to teach me as we work with our clients. I feel so blessed, and learn so much from the work we do. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

However, as much as breakthrough as we've seen, we feel that our work is only just beginning. As we reflect on the Christian landscape, more and more leaders don’t realize (or live out) the Biblical tools, wisdom and power available to them through the practical tools and frameworks found in the Scriptures.

Hence we feel all the more called to reach all of them with our “good news” because when we do have the opportunity to teach these principles, and combine it with world class coaching, lasting change and transformation happens.

Yet, it's not just the Christian business executive that we've seen transformed. More than ever, we are engaging those "not-yet-following" business leaders. We have found many "People of Peace" who have embraced the Five Capitals message and content, and have invited us into their companies to share what they have come to believe as truly transformational business and organizational concepts. The momentum is gathering so much steam that we are looking to launch a companion brand — allowing us to all the more readily to bring our message into a non-Christian environment.

We see our priorities over the next three years (and beyond) as both prioritizing the expansion of our current brand, as well as growing the new brand, and venturing into new frontiers to expand our influence and reach. To do that, we will need to invest over the next 12-18 months in promoting the brands, publishing the content and extending our online reach. We have seen executives quickly embrace our offering. We simply need to get it out there to more of them.
